If you either already own or have identified property where you’d like to build, start by speaking with one of our Sales Representatives about which home you want to build. Before you even commit to building with us, a Project Manager will personally meet with you on site to review the lot and any special considerations. Your Project Manager will also discuss the lay of the land and how to best position your home on the property.
Prior to your purchase, but after the free consultation, the Sales Representative and Project Manager will work together to deliver a cost estimate. In addition to the cost of your home itself, your estimate will include land-related expenses based on site conditions, local codes and availability of utilities. We also show you the construction schedule, so you know what to expect throughout the process.
At this point, our team can work with you to identify financing solutions. Options include traditional construction loans and highly specialized programs depending on your specific needs. We can help you find a lender and a program that will not only work with your project, but also offer good terms.
When you’re ready to move forward, an estimate of costs will become part of your agreement. You’ll spend time with one of our professional designers to select the personal finishes to make your home reflect your personality and lifestyle. Before construction begins, you can review blueprints, selections and paperwork with our team, giving you an opportunity to make changes at no cost. At each stage of the construction process, your Project Manager will provide a refined final estimate of costs for your review.
