The Design Center is your chance to make your home uniquely yours. Explore an extensive selection of cabinetry, countertops, and finishes, featuring a variety of styles and trusted brands. Do I need an appointment to visit the Design Center?

Yes, the Design Center is open by appointment only.

How many appointments will the Design Center process take?

Depending on the stage of construction, you may have one to two appointments, though most of our homebuyers are able to complete their selections in a single appointment.

What kinds of choices will I find at the Design Center?

During your visit, we’ll explore every detail to personalize your home, including kitchen and bathroom cabinets, countertops, appliances, backsplashes, flooring, and paint. We’ll also cover stairs, fireplaces and mantels, doors and trim, plumbing and lighting fixtures, and those special touches that make your space uniquely yours.

Once I have purchased a home, how can I best prepare for my Design Center appointment?

S&A offers a suite of interactive tools to make the homebuying process as seamless and engaging as possible. Homebuyers can explore interactive floorplans, allowing them to customize layouts and visualize their future home's design. The interactive color tool provides an opportunity to design your home online by experimenting with various color schemes for both interiors and exteriors.
