Waverly Manor Grand Opening a Huge Success!

Waverly Manor

Site Plan for Waverly Manor

Thanks to everyone who participated in the grand opening of our newest community, Waverly Manor! Located in Robinson Township, minutes from I-79, and easily accessible from I-376 for those commuting to downtown Pittsburgh or to many of Pittsburgh’s large corporations that are situated close by, the opening was a huge success.

The estate community features a private enclave of spacious home sites ranging in size from a half-acre to four acres. The most striking aspect about this community is the unique nature of the neighborhood layout itself. The private enclave features wooded home sites and sweeping views. What’s more, it offers an incredible location that is in the heart of Robinson Township and just around the corner from the area’s most popular dining and shopping destinations, including the Robinson Town Center which is just two miles away and only five minutes by car. For instance, the 25 ton sand sculpture that will emerge as the festival unfolds, the Italian Street Painting that will be held on Heister Street, the dozens of bands that perform on the Old Main Lawn and even BookFest, a celebration of books old and new that even include visits from authors and speakers.  The younger set will no doubt enjoy indulging in some Penn State Creamery ice cream while the downtown fountains always prove to be a hit.
