Our number one tip is to not do it all alone. From decorating the house to prepping dinner to cleaning up, allot certain tasks to family members. That way, you don’t have to worry about making the beds or tidying up the kids’ rooms when you’re about to cook one of the best meals of the year.

Our second tip to you is to ask your guests to bring the sides. Does your grandma make the best sweet potato casserole? Maybe your brother has a knack for baking pies. Ask guests to bring a favorite dish. Turkey and stuffing is plenty to have cooking in your oven. Read More

Preview Party to Kick Off Blackburn Heights and Deer Valley Estates

Butler County Begins Outpacing Surrounding Area for Residential Growth

It probably doesn’t come as a surprise that Butler County is a popular place to live. After all, it’s next door neighbors with Cranberry Township. Plus, it’s convenient to the many suburbs and corporate centers closer to Pittsburgh thanks to the many major roadways that are nearby such as I-79 and I-279, as well as near Routes 19 and 228. But what may come as a surprise is that Butler County is actually growing at a substantially faster rate in terms of residential homes compared to North Allegheny County which is just to its south.
