Donnington Single-Family Floorplan Description – Elevation A:
The two-story Donnington features three front elevation options and starts with 3,391 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- From left to right on the front exterior, the Donnington Elevation A features a Living Room, Stoop to Foyer Entry, Dining Room and two-car, front-entry Garage.
- Foyer Entry – Located to the left of the Garage between the Living Room and the Dining Room, the two-story Foyer Entry features hard-surface flooring and opens to a straight staircase on the right-hand side. The Foyer is flanked by the Living Room to the left, in the front-left corner of the home, and the Dining Room immediately to the right.
- Living Room – Dimensions are 11-feet, 6-inches by 15-feet, 1-inch. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Living Room features two single windows facing out the front of the home.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 13-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 1-inch. Located at the front of the home between the Foyer Entry and the Garage, the Dining Room features two single windows facing out the front of the home and a cut-through on the rear wall leading to the rear of the home at the Great Room and Breakfast Area. The cut-through passes an alternate open staircase leading to the upper level.
- Two Car, Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 22-feet, 4-inches by 22-feet, 0-inches. The Garage is located in the right front corner of the home and features one large door. The rear of the Garage is L-shaped, adding space for storage. The left wall of the L shape adjoins the Pantry.
- Continuing from the Foyer Entry straight back to the rear of the home, the Foyer hallway leads past a single door on the right leading to the Basement, and ends at the Great Room at the rear center of the home with a vestibule to the left leading to the hall closet, Powder Room and Study.
- Upon entering the Great Room, turn immediately to the left into a vestibule featuring a hall closet on the left with accordion door, a Powder Room straight ahead, and the Study to the right in the rear left corner of the home.
- Powder Room – Located along the left side of the home between the front Living Room and the rear Study, the Powder Room features hard-surface flooring, a linen closet with accordion door toward the front of the home adjoining the Living Room, and a pedestal sink and toilet on the left-side exterior wall.
- Study – Dimensions are 11-feet, 3-inches by 10-feet, 7-inches. Located in the left rear corner of the home, the Study features a double window facing out the rear of the home and a closet with double accordion doors on the right interior wall adjoining the Great Room.
- Great Room – Dimensions are 18-feet, 11-inches by 17-feet, 7-inches. Located at the rear of the home between the Study and the Breakfast Area, the two-story Great Room features a "wall of windows" with sliding glass door on the rear exterior wall, and single windows on either side.
- Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 14-feet, 0-inches by 11-feet, 0-inches. Located at the rear of the home between the Great Room and the Kitchen in the rear right corner, the Breakfast Area features hard-surface flooring, a double window on the rear exterior wall, and access to the Laundry Room and Garage on the opposite interior wall toward the front of the home.
- Laundry Room – Accessible through a single door off the Breakfast Area, the Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring, hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the right interior wall adjoining the Pantry, and access to the front Garage through a single door.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 10-feet, 6-inches by 13-feet, 3-inches. Located in the rear right corner of the home, the Kitchen features U-shaped cabinetry and counterspace facing the Breakfast Area. Beginning at the rear of the home, the U-shape begins with counterspace and dishwasher leading to a corner sink with a single window on the rear exterior wall and a single window on the right exterior wall. On the right side exterior wall is the stove, and then cabinets/countertops loop back along the front interior wall with additional counterspace, a 36-inch space for a refrigerator, and ends at a single door leading the Pantry.
- Pantry – Dimensions are 5-feet, 7-inches by 9-feet, 6-inches. Located between the Garage and the Kitchen and adjoining the Laundry Room, the Pantry features L-shaped wire shelving.
- Hard-surface flooring on the main level is included in the Foyer Entry, Powder Room, Butler’s Pantry, Breakfast Area, Kitchen, Pantry, and Laundry Room.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional Morning Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 11-inches by 9-feet, 5-inches. Located off the rear of the home at the Breakfast Area and the Kitchen, the optional Morning Room features two single windows on the rear exterior wall, a double window on the right-side exterior wall, and a sliding glass door on the left-side exterior wall. With the optional Morning Room, the Breakfast Area now features a single window on its rear exterior wall and the Kitchen rear exterior wall now overlooks the Morning Room.
- Optional Cathedral Ceiling in the Optional Morning Room.
- Optional 2-foot rear extension off the main-level Kitchen and Breakfast Area. The Breakfast Area now measures 14-feet, 0-inches by 13-feet, 0-inches and the Kitchen measures 10-feet, 6-inches by 15-feet, 3-inches. The Optional Morning Room is also available with this option.
- Solarium – Dimensions are 13-feet, 5-inches by 18-feet, 11-inches. Located off the left-side of the home and accessed from the Living Room, the optional Solarium features four side-by-side windows on the rear exterior wall, five side-by-side windows on the left-side exterior wall, and four side-by-side windows on the front exterior wall.
- Optional 2-foot Front Extension off the Garage.
- Optional 2-car, Side-Entry Garage – includes two single windows on the front exterior wall in lieu of the single 2-car Garage door. This option is also available with the optional 2-foot front extension.
- Optional 3-car Side-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 22-feet, 4-inches by 34-feet, 0-inches. This option features three single-car Garage doors on the right side of the home and two windows on the front exterior wall.
- Optional single window on the right-side exterior wall of the Garage.
- Optional Kitchen Island – The optional rectangular Kitchen Island sits parallel to the rear exterior wall of the Kitchen and the front interior wall adjoining the Garage.
- Optional Angled Kitchen Island – Only available with the optional Morning Room, the optional Angled Kitchen Island begins parallel to the rear exterior wall of the Kitchen and the front interior wall adjoining the Garage and angles toward the optional Morning Room overlooking the Breakfast Area.
- Optional Laundry Tub located to the left of the side-by-side washer and dryer hook-ups on the wall adjoining the Pantry.
- Optional Laundry Cabinet located to the right of the side-by-side washer and dryer hook-ups on the wall adjoining the Pantry.
- Optional 2-foot rear extension off Main Level at the Study. The Study now measures 11-feet, 3-inches by 12-feet, 7-inches.
- Optional Great Room Fireplace – Located on the left-side wall adjoining the Study, the optional Great Room Fireplace reconfigures the Study closet from double accordion doors to a single-door closet.
- Optional Study Fireplace on the left-side exterior wall of the Study.
- Optional 3/4 Bath at Powder Room with Optional Vanity – In lieu of the Powder Room, the optional 3/4 Bath features a stall shower with corner shelving on the wall adjoining the front Living Room in lieu of the linen closet and an optional vanity.
- Optional Front Living Room Fireplace on the left-side exterior wall. This option is not available with the optional Solarium.
- Optional 90-degree Walkout Bay off the left side of the Study. This option is not available with the optional Solarium.
- Optional 45-degree Walkout Bay off the left side of the Study. This option is not available with the optional Solarium.
Upper-Level Included Features:
- The L-shaped staircase from the main level to the upper floor, accessible from both the Foyer Entry and the cut-through from the Dining Room to the rear of the home, meet together at the Upper Level landing, facing Bathroom Number 2 with a view to the Foyer below on the left and a view to the Great Room below on the right. From the stairs, Bedroom Number 3 is located in the front left corner of the Upper Level and Bedroom Number 4 is located in the rear left corner. Carpet flooring extends throughout the entire Upper Level, with the exception of the bathrooms.
- Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 6-inches by 12-feet, 8-inches. Located in the front left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 3 features two single windows on the front exterior wall and a closet with two accordion doors with wire shelving on the rear interior wall.
- Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 3-inches by 11-feet, 3-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 4 features a double window facing out the rear of the home and a closet on the right interior wall with folding double doors and wire shelving.
- Bathroom Number 2 – Located on the left-side exterior wall between Bedrooms Number 3 and 4, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single-door linen closet, a tub/shower combination on the wall adjoining Bedroom Number 4, and an extended single vanity and toilet on the opposite wall adjoining Bedroom Number 3’s closet.
- From the upper-level stairs, turn 180-degrees to face the right-side of the plan. A hallway leads past the overlook to the Great Room below on the left to the Owner’s Bedroom on the left. Turn 90-degrees to face the front of the upper level and access Bedroom Number 2.
- Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 13-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 10-inches. Bedroom Number 2, located at the front of the home adjoining the two-story Foyer to the left and the Garage to the right, features two single windows facing out the front of the home and a wall-length closet along the rear interior wall with double accordion doors.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 24-feet, 3-inches by 13-feet, 2-inches. Located in the right-rear of the upper level, the Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows on the rear wall, two Walk-In Closets, and the Owner’s Bath located on the right-side exterior wall. There are also double windows on the right side exterior wall.
- Upon entering the Owner’s Bedroom, one Walk-In Closet is located to the left on the rear-exterior wall and a second Walk-In Closet is located to the right on the front interior wall, followed by a linen closet, and ending at the Owner’s Bath located on the right-side exterior wall.
- Owner’s Walk-In Closet Number 1 – Dimensions are 6-feet, 0-inches by 6-feet, 0-inches. Located to the left of the Owner’s Bedroom entry on the rear exterior wall, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet Number 1 features U-shaped wire shelving.
- Owner’s Walk-In Closet Number 2 – Dimensions are 7-feet, 4-inches by 9-feet, 4-inches. Located to the right of the Owner’s Bedroom entry on the interior-facing wall, Walk-In Closet Number 2 features U-shaped wire shelving.
- Following along the same interior wall toward the right side of the upper level is a linen closet and access to the Owner’s Bathroom.
- Owner’s Bathroom – The Owner’s Bathroom features hard-surface flooring. Upon entering, a single vanity is located to the left on the home’s right exterior wall followed by a corner garden tub with window facing the right-side exterior and a single vanity on the interior-facing wall. Adjoining the wall of Walk-In Closet Number 2, a private water closet with toilet is located toward the front of the home followed by a shower stall with built-in corner shelves toward the rear.
Optional Upper-Level Features:
- Optional Bedroom Number 5/Bathroom Number 5 – Dimensions are 13-feet, 0-inches by 13-feet, 3-inches.
