Rolling Hills North Site Map – Full Description:
There are over 60 homesites in this section of Rolling Hills North and homesite sizes range anywhere from 1/3 acre to nearly 1 acre. The homesites along the bottom center and left of the map back to the existing Rolling Hills North development.
There are five entrance points to the community. From the Chris Street entrance at the bottom left of the map - Chris Street intersects with Justin Street immediately on the right. Chris Street continues northwest to a “T”. To the left, Chris Street continues to the main entrance. To the right is Jessica Street. Jessica Street and Justin Street both connect to Steven Street on the far right side of the map, which runs perpendicular to Chris Street on the opposite side.
Homesites 57R – 60R all front Chris Street (59R has an extended driveway entrance) and face various directions.
From left to right, homesites 1R-12 front Jessica Street and most face east. A small road to a private residence extends up off Jessica Street between homesites 5 and 6. On the opposite side of Jessica Street, homesites are 11 additional homesites, with the majority facing northwest. (homesites 42-23 –oddly numbered from left to right.)
Homesites 19-22 front Steven Street (from top to bottom) and most face northeast. On the right from top to bottom are homesites 14-17. These also front Steven Street, and most face southwest.
At the bottom of the map – homesites 43-26 (from left to right and evenly numbered) front Justin Street and face southeast. On the opposite side of the street, homesites 56R – 45 (from left to right) also front Justin Street and face northwest. There is an entrance off Justin Street into the adjacent neighborhood between homesites 50 and 51R.
