Buchanan Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation A:
The two-story Buchanan features three front elevation options and starts with 4,001 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, four baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- Foyer Entry – Located in the front, center of the home to the left of the Garage, the two-story Foyer with hardwood flooring is flanked by a Study on the left in the front corner of the home, and a formal Dining Room on the right adjoining the Garage. Continuing from the Foyer, a hallway leads past an angled L-shaped staircase on the right leading to the upper level. Continuing down the hallway, an adjacent hallway on the left features a French door hall closet along the interior wall toward the rear of the home. The hallway ends at the Powder Room located on the left side exterior wall at the center of the home.
- Study – Dimensions are 12-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Study features French doors, two single windows facing out to the front of the home, and a single window facing out the left side of the home. Carpet flooring is included.
- Family Room – Dimensions are 21-feet, 0-inches by 19-feet, 11-inches. The Foyer hallway ends at the Family Room in the rear left corner of the home. The Family Room features a triple window with views of the backyard and two single windows facing out he left side of the home. Carpet flooring is included.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 7-inches by 14-feet, 2-inches. Located between the Foyer and adjoining Garage on the right, the Dining Room features two single windows facing out to the front of the home. Carpet flooring is included.
- Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 11-feet, 10-inches by 15-feet, 0-inches. From the Dining Room and through the Butler’s Pantry, the Breakfast Area sits at the rear of the home with a single door on the rear exterior wall leading to the backyard.
- Kitchen – The L-shaped Kitchen cabinets begin on the rear exterior wall with double sink featuring a double window above facing out to the back yard, followed by a dishwasher. The cabinets continue and loop back toward the front of the home along the interior wall adjoining the Laundry/Mud room with stove. A spacious eat-in island with double overhang is located at the center of the Kitchen.
- Butler’s Pantry – Between the Dining Room at the front of the home and the Breakfast Area at the rear of the home, the Butler’s Pantry features countertops on the left and countertops on the right interior wall adjoining the Garage. The right side countertops continue at a right angle into the Kitchen, parallel to the Kitchen island, and feature a refrigerator space and double oven.
- Laundry Room/Mud Room – Continuing from the Kitchen to the far-right corner of the home, the Laundry Room features access to the Garage on the right, a U-shaped Pantry adjoining the right side exterior wall and Garage, a single window facing out the right side of the home, hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer, and subsequent L-shaped countertops with utility sink encompassing the adjoining Kitchen wall.
- Hard-surface flooring on the main level is included throughout the Foyer, Powder Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Butler’s Pantry, Laundry Room and Pantry.
- Two Car Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 24-feet, 4-inches by 24-feet, 0-inches. The Garage includes two single-car doors and is located on the front, right side of the home.
Main Level Optional Features:

- Optional Guest Bedroom Suite – Dimensions are 12-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. In lieu of the Study in the front left corner of the home and the coat closet in the Foyer hallway, the optional Guest Bedroom features a walk-in closet along the left side exterior wall and full Guest Bath with hard-surface flooring, a single vanity featuring a linen tower, toilet, and tub/shower combination on the left side exterior wall. The walk-in closet measures 5-feet, 5-inches by 4-feet, 7-inches and features L-shaped wire shelving. With the optional Guest Bedroom, the Family Room now measures 21-feet, 0-inches by 16-feet, 1-inch, and the Foyer hallway now leads past the Guest Bedroom entry on the left and past the Powder Room on the left into the Family Room at the rear.
- Optional Three-Car Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions for a single-car Garage add-on to the existing Two-Car Front Entry Garage are 12-feet, 0-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches.
- Optional Two-Car Side-Entry Garage with three single windows on the front wall in lieu of the front-entry single Garage doors. There are two individual garage doors on the side.
- Optional Side-Entry, Three-Car Garage with three individual garage doors.
- Family Room Walkout Bay – 90-degree walkout bay window off the rear of the Family Room. This window extends across most of the rear family room wall.
- Rear Extension off the Family Room, Breakfast Area and Kitchen. Extends the rear wall back 2 feet.
Upper Level Included Features:
- The staircase empties onto the upper-level landing with the Owner’s Bedroom and Secondary Bedroom Number 2 to the left, and Secondary Bedroom Number 3 and 4 to the right.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 19-feet, 11-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches. Located at the rear left corner of the upper level, the Owner’s Bedroom features a double door entry with two single windows facing out the left side of the home, and a triple window facing out the rear of the home. Upon entering, the Owner’s Bath is located to the right along the rear exterior wall through a double door entry.
- Owner’s Bath – The galley-style Owner’s Bath features hard-surface flooring and a double door linen closet on the right, followed by a wall-length dual vanity with linen tower between the two sinks. On the left, along the rear exterior wall, is a private water closet with toilet, followed by a tub/shower combination and walk-in shower.
- Owner’s Walk-In-Closet – Dimensions are 18-feet, 1-inch by 14-feet, 11-inches. The Owner’s Bath leads into the Owner’s Walk-In Closet along the right-side exterior wall. The U-shaped Owner’s Walk-In Closet features a single window facing out the right side of the home and a center island.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, this bedroom features two single windows facing out the front and one single window facing out the left side. A hallway leading toward the rear of the home features a walk-in closet on the left and ends at an ensuite Secondary Bath Number 2. The walk-in closet measures 5-feet, 0-inches by 5-feet, 0-inches and includes L-shaped wire shelving.
- Secondary Bath Number 2 – Located within Secondary Bedroom Number 2 at the center of the home along the left side exterior wall, this ensuite bath features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination along the left-side exterior wall.
- Turning to the right from the stairs is Secondary Bath Number 3 on the left toward the rear of the home, and Secondary Bedroom Number 3 toward the front of the home.
- Secondary Bathroom Number 3 – Secondary Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination on the interior wall adjoining the Owner’s Bath.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 13-feet, 4-inches by 12-feet, 1-inch. Located at the front-center of the upper level, Secondary Bedroom Number 3 features two single windows facing out the front of the home and a double-door closet on the interior wall adjoining the upper-level hallway.

- Optional Hobby Room – Located at the rear center of the Basement, the optional Hobby Room measures 15-feet, 11-inches by 9-feet, 9-inches.
- Optional Basement Bath – Opposite the optional Hobby Room at the center of the entire Basement, the Optional Basement Bath features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
- Optional Basement Guest Bedroom – Dimensions are 13-feet, 7-inches by 13-feet, 9-inches. Located in the right rear corner of the basement, the optional Basement Guest Bedroom features a 13-foot closet with sliding doors along the interior front-facing wall. - Optional Basement Guest Bath – Located in the far-right corner of the basement in the optional Basement Guest Bedroom, this bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity with linen tower, toilet and tub/shower combination.
- Optional Upgraded Basement Bath – In lieu of the optional Hobby Room along the center-rear of the Basement, the optional Upgraded Basement Bath adjusts the hallway to feature a double-door hall closet parallel to an additional single-door storage closet, and the optional Media Area to include a closet with sliding doors on the interior wall adjoining the Upgraded Basement Bath. The Upgraded Basement Bath features hard-surface flooring, a single-door linen closet, single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination adjoining the optional Media Room closet.
