Baywood Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation B:
The two-story Baywood features two front elevation options and starts with 1,669 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and unfinished basement:
Main Level Included Features:
- Entry – Located toward the right side of the home centered by a full covered porch (included with Elevation B only), the front-door Entry features hard surface flooring and sits between the Family Room to the left and the Dining Room to the right.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 10-feet, 4-inches by 11-feet, 1-inch. Located to the right of the Entry at the front of the home, the Dining Room shares a wall with the Garage and features a double window facing out the front of the home with a view of the front porch. Toward the rear of the home, the Dining Room shares an interior wall with the open staircase leading to the upper level. Carpet flooring is included.
- Family Room – Dimensions are 14-feet, 6-inches by 18-feet, 0-inches. Located in the left front corner of the home, the Family Room features three single windows on the side exterior wall and a double window facing out the front of the home with a view of the front porch. Carpet flooring is included.
- A short hallway leading from the Family Room and Dining Room toward the rear of the home leads past a U-shaped stairwell leading upstairs followed by a single door leading down to the optional basement via another U-shaped stairwell.
- The U-shaped stairwell leading to the upper level features a bench seat on the landing between the two levels.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 14-feet, 3-inches by 12-feet, 1-inch. Located at the rear left corner of the home, the L-shaped Kitchen begins with cabinets on the rear/side exterior wall with space for a refrigerator and stove, then looping back toward the front of the home with a double sink and dishwasher with bar overhang. The sink faces into the Family Room and toward the front of the home. The Kitchen features a triple patio door on the rear exterior wall.
- A short hallway leads from the Kitchen toward the right side of the home past a single-door pantry followed by an accordion-door storage closet. On the left, beginning at the Kitchen, the hallway features access to the Powder Room followed by the Laundry Room. The hallway ends at the Garage on the right side of the home.
- Powder Room – The Powder Room features hard-surface flooring, a pedestal sink with mirror above, toilet, and single window with facing toward the back yard.
- Laundry Room – The Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring, hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer, and a single-window facing out the right side of the home.
- Hard-surface flooring on the main level is included throughout the Entry, Kitchen, hallway, Powder Room, Laundry Room, pantry, and storage closet.
- Two Car Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 19-feet, 8-inches by 21-feet, 0-inches. The Garage includes one large door and is located on the front, right side of the home.
- Porch – Extends from the Family Room to the Dining Room on the left side of the home.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional Side-Entry Garage with two single windows on the front wall in lieu of the front-entry single Garage door.
- Optional Family Room Fireplace – Located on the left side exterior wall of the home between the two single windows. (replaces included triple windows)
- Optional Family Room Fireplace/Media Nook– In lieu of the three single windows on the left side exterior wall, a Fireplace sits on the left side exterior wall followed by a media nook built-in to the right of it.
- Optional Den – Dimensions are 10-feet, 1-inch by 11-feet, 1-inch. In lieu of the Dining Room, the optional Den features French doors and a double window facing out the front of the home with a view of the front porch.
- Optional 45 Walkout Bay – Within the Family Room, the three single windows on the left side exterior wall are used in an optional 45-degree bay window.
- Optional 90 Walkout Bay – Within the Family Room, the three single windows on the left side exterior wall are now one double window in a 90-degree bay window.
Upper Level Included Features:
- The U-shaped staircase leads to the upper-level landing with the Owner’s Bedroom encompassing the entire front of the home, and Secondary Bedrooms 2 and 3 located at the rear of the home. Carpet flooring extends throughout the bedrooms and upper-level hallway.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 14-feet, 8-inches by 11-feet, 8-inches. Located at the left front corner of the home, the Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows facing out the front of the home. Carpet flooring is included.
- Owner’s Bath – Located between the Owner’s Bedroom and Garage on the right side of the home, the Owner’s Bath features hard-surface flooring, a dual vanity on the left interior wall, a private water closet and single-door linen closet along the interior wall adjoining the Garage, and a walk-in shower on the interior wall adjoining the Garage. The walk-in shower faces the soaking tub, and there is a single window in between facing out the right side of the home.
- Owner’s Walk-In Closet – Dimensions area 5-feet, 6-inches by 8-feet, 5-inches. Upon entering the Owner’s Bedroom, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet is accessed to the right toward the rear of the home along the left side exterior wall. Carpet flooring is included.
- The upper-level hallway lead from the stairs toward the rear of the home past Secondary Bathroom Number 2 and ends at a single-door hallway closet with Secondary Bedroom Number 2 on the left and Secondary Bedroom Number 3 to the right on the same side as the Garage.
- Secondary Bathroom Number 2 – Located between Secondary Bedroom Number 2 and the Owner’s Bedroom on the left side of the home, Secondary Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination on the interior wall shared with the Owner’s Bedroom.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 3-inches by 9-feet, 8-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the home above the Kitchen, this room features a single window facing out the rear of the home and a closet with sliding doors on the interior wall adjoining Secondary Bedroom Number 3.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 9-feet, 10-inches by 9-feet, 9-inches. Located at the right rear corner of the home above the Laundry Room, Secondary Bedroom Number 3 features a single window facing out the rear of the home and a closet with sliding doors on the interior wall toward the front of the home.

- Optional Cathedral or Tray Ceiling in the Owner’s Bedroom.
Lower-Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – Includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the left side of the home.
Optional Lower-Level Features:
- Optional Finished Basement – Located in the front of the basement, the optional Finished Basement area extends across the entire front of the home. With this option, an unfinished Utility Room is located across the entire rear of the. The egress window well is located on the front left side of the Finished Basement.
