Greenwood Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation C
The two-story Greenwood features three front elevation options and starts with 2,071 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement, per homesite.
Main Level Included Features:
- From left to right, the front exterior features a porch with a double window of the Dining Room, the front door Entry and a single two-car Garage door.
- Entry – The walk-up stoop, to the left of the two-car, front-entry Garage, opens to a two-story Foyer located between the Dining Room to the left and a wall adjoining the Garage to the right.
- Upon entering through the front door, the straight stairwell to the upper level is to the center left along an interior wall toward the Dining Room and the Entry hallway continues to the rear of the plan passing a single door to the Powder Room on the right followed by a single-door coat closet and single door leading to the Garage. The hallway ends at the rear of the plan at the Breakfast Area with the Kitchen to the left and the Family Room to the right.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 10-feet, 9-inches by 12-feet, 10-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Dining Room features three single windows on the left-side exterior wall and a double window on the front exterior wall facing out to the front porch. The rear interior wall of the Dining Room features a cut-through to the Kitchen at the home’s rear left corner.
- Powder Room – Located on the right-side interior wall adjoining the Garage, the Powder Room features hard-surface flooring and a single vanity facing the toilet.
- Garage – Dimensions are 20-feet, 4-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front right corner of the home, the Garage features a single door in the rear left corner leading into the Foyer hallway.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 10-feet, 11-inches by 13-feet, 6-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the home, the Kitchen features hard-surface flooring and L-shaped cabinetry beginning along the left-side exterior wall with a pantry cabinet, 36-inch refrigerator space and oven with microwave above. The cabinetry continues and loops around along the rear exterior wall featuring a double sink with window above and adjacent dishwasher. A pantry with accordion double doors is located on the front interior wall beside the single door leading to the Basement stairs.
- Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 10-feet, 2-inches by 11-feet, 5-inches. Located at the rear center of the home between the Kitchen to the left and the Family Room to the right, the Breakfast Area features hard-surface flooring and a double sliding door on the rear exterior wall.
- Family Room – Dimensions are 19-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 11-inches. Located in the rear right corner of the home, the Family Room features two single windows on the rear exterior wall.
- Hard-surface flooring on the main level is included throughout the Foyer, Powder Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Area.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional Morning Room off the Kitchen and Breakfast Area at the rear of the home. The Morning Room measures 12-feet, 11-inches by 9-feet, 5-inches and features a double window on the left-side exterior wall, three single windows on the rear exterior wall and a sliding double door on the right-side exterior wall.
- Optional cathedral ceiling in the optional Morning Room.
- Optional Angled Kitchen Island in tandem with the optional Morning Room. The optional Angled Kitchen Island begins parallel to the rear exterior wall at the dishwasher and angles toward the optional Morning Room.
- Optional rectangle-shaped Kitchen Island with 12-inch overhang parallel to the rear exterior wall.
- Optional rectangle-shaped Kitchen Island with L-shaped overhang parallel to the rear exterior wall.
- Optional 90-degree Dining Room Walkout Bay with double window on the left-side exterior wall in lieu of the three single windows.
- Optional 45-degree Dining Room Walkout Bay on the left-side exterior wall in lieu of the three single windows.
- Optional 2-foot Rear Extension increases the Kitchen to measure 10-feet, 11-inches by 15-feet, 6-inches, the Breakfast Area to measure 10-feet, 2-inches by 13-feet, 5-inches and the Great Room to measure 19-feet, 7-inches by 14-feet, 11-inches. This option is not available with the optional Morning Room or optional Angled Kitchen Island.
- Optional 90-degree Rear Walkout Bay off the Breakfast Area. The sliding door remains on the rear exterior wall.
- Optional 45-degree Rear Walkout Bay off the Breakfast Area. With this option, the sliding door is replaced with a single swinging door and flanked by a single window on either side at 45-degree angles.
- Optional Great Room Fireplace on the right-side exterior wall.
- Optional flanking windows on the right-side exterior wall. This option is also available with the optional right-side Great Room Fireplace with the Fireplace centered between.
- Optional 9-foot ceilings.
Upper Level Included Features:
- The staircase leads to the upper-level landing facing the rear of the upper level with Bathroom Number 2 straight ahead.
- Bathroom Number 2 – Located on the rear exterior wall between Bedroom Number 3 and 4, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination along the rear exterior wall.
- Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 9-inches by 10-feet, 11-inches. Located in the front left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window facing out the front of the home and a closet with double sliding doors on the rear interior wall adjoining the closet of Bedroom Number 3.
- Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 11-inches by 10-feet, 10-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 3 features a single window on the rear exterior wall and a closet with double sliding doors on the opposite interior wall adjoining the closet of Bedroom Number 2.
- Turn right from the stairs to an L-shaped hallway with a single-door linen closet on the left toward the rear of the upper level followed by Bedroom Number 4. On the right toward the front of the upper level, the hallway leads past a banister overlooking the two-story Foyer Entry below followed by the Laundry Room and ending at the Owner’s Bedroom.
- Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 10-inches by 11-feet, 7-inches. Located between Bathroom Number 2 and the Owner’s Bathroom in the rear right corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 4 features a single window on the rear exterior wall and closet with double sliding doors on the left-side interior wall perpendicular to the rear exterior wall.
- Laundry Room – The Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer along the front exterior wall.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 14-feet, 7-inches by 14-feet, 11-inches. Located in the front right corner of the upper level, the Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows facing out the front of the home.
- Upon entering the Owner’s Bedroom, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet is located on the front exterior wall in front of the Laundry Room and the Owner’s Bath is located in the rear right corner of the upper level.
- Owner’s Walk-In Closet – Dimensions are 7-feet, 7-inches by 4-feet, 11-inches. The Owner’s Walk-In Closet features L-shaped wire shelving and a single window facing out the front of the home.
- Owner’s Bath – Located in the rear right corner of the home, the Owner’s Bath features hard-surface flooring. Upon entering, a single window is straight ahead facing out the rear of the home, a double-bowl vanity and walk-in shower with built-in corner shelves are located to the left along the left-side interior wall and to the right is a single-door linen closet followed by the toilet and soaking tub in the rear right corner.
Optional Upper-Level Features:
- Alternate Owner’s Walk-In Closet Layout – In lieu of the two-story Foyer Entry, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet extends along the front exterior wall to measure 14-feet, 10-inches by 5-feet, 11-inches. This option includes an additional single window facing out the front of the home.
- The optional lower-level 2-foot Rear Extension increases Bedroom Numbers 3 and 4, as well as the Owner’s Bathroom, which now features an extended double-bowl vanity and extended linen closet with double sliding doors.
Lower-Level Features:
- Unfinished Basement – Per homesite, the Unfinished Basement includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the left side of the home.
Optional Lower-Level Features:
- Optional Finished Recreation Room – Located at the rear right of the Basement, the optional Finished Recreation Room measures __-feet, _-inches by __-feet, _-inches.
- Utility Room or Storage Room – Unfinished Storage space encompasses the rear left corner of the Basement, accessible through a single door along the rear wall of the optional Recreation Room.
- Optional Basement Bathroom – Located at the foot of the stairs along the left side of the Basement, the optional Basement Bathroom is in tandem with the optional Finished Recreation Room. The optional Basement Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination.
- Optional Bilco Door off the rear exterior wall of the Basement.
- Optional Area Well off the rear exterior wall of the Basement.
