Pinewood Streamline Series Interactive Floor Plan Description:
A part of the energy-efficient Streamline Series from S&A Homes, the two-story Pinewood features traditional and craftsman-style exterior elevation options. The Pinewood offers 1,624 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- Covered Porch Entry – A long narrow covered porch extends from the front of the adjacent two-car garage to the front door.
- Foyer – The Foyer is located on the front left corner of the home, next to the Garage on the right side. Upon entering, the foyer features vinyl flooring and leads past a convenient coat closet on right. Next to the closet on the same side, a door opens to a basement stairwell. Just beyond this door is the opening to the Great Room, and on the right is an open turned stairwell which leads upstairs to the second floor.
- Great Room – Dimensions are 20-feet, 0-inches by 15-feet, 0-inches. The Great Room extends from the end of the foyer to the rear wall of the home, where there is a sliding glass door leading to the back yard.
- Kitchen/Dining Area – Adjoining the Great Room, the Kitchen sits toward the front of the plan on the right side, and the leads into the Dining Area at the rear of the home.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 9-feet, 0-inches by 13-feet, 0-inches. On one side, the galley Kitchen features a pantry and cutout for the refrigerator with cabinet above, and the opposing side features an oven, double sink, and adjacent dishwasher. A half wall above the double sink and dishwasher area offers an open view of the Great Room and Dining Area. The Kitchen includes vinyl flooring.
- Dining Area – Dimensions are 8-feet, 7-inches by 10-feet, 2-inches. Set in the rear right corner of the plan, the Dining Area features one double window facing the rear of the home and a perpendicular single window on the interior side wall. The Dining Area includes carpet flooring.
- Laundry Room/Mudroom – Located between the Kitchen and the Garage toward the front of the plan, the Laundry Room features hook ups for a side-by-side washer and dryer facing access to a private powder room. Vinyl flooring from the Kitchen continues into the Laundry Room/Mudroom and Powder Room
- Powder Room – includes a pedestal sink along the garage wall, and a toilet on the opposite wall.
- Two-Car Front Entry Garage –The Garage sits at the front of the layout and features one large door. Dimensions are 19-feet, 8-inches by 21-feet, 8-inches.
Optional Main-Level Features:
- Optional Fireplace in the Great Room – located on the left side exterior wall.
Upper Level Included Features:
- The open stairway from the main level leads to the second floor’s spacious landing area bordered by three bedrooms and a full hallway bathroom. Carpet flooring extends throughout this area, and into the bedrooms and closets.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 2 and 3 – Taking up the entire rear side of the plan, the Secondary Bedrooms each measure 10-feet, 2-inches by 11-feet, 11-inches and feature a closet with sliding door on their shared wall.
- Secondary Full Bath – Located on the exterior wall above the kitchen, the Secondary Full Bath features vinyl flooring, a single vanity, and tub/shower combination with corner shelves. A convenient hall linen closet is located perpendicular to the Secondary Full Bath toward the front of the home.
- Owner’s Suite – Located in the front left corner of the home above the foyer, dimensions are 15-feet, 4-inches by 14-feet, 8-inches. There is a large double window facing out toward the front yard, and another single window on the same wall ahead of the Owner’s Bath located above the Laundry Room/Mudroom. The walk-in closet, located in the middle of the plan above the Kitchen, measures 7-feet, 4-inches by 6-feet, 1-inch.
- Owner’s Bath – Upon entering, an oversized vanity with single sink is directly ahead on the outfacing exterior wall followed by the toilet perpendicular to the shower stall with corner shelves. A linen closet is adjacent to the shower and a single window sits behind the door facing out to the front of the home. Vinyl flooring is included.
Optional Upper-Level Features:
- Luxury Owner’s Bath – includes double bowl sink.
Lower Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – Includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well on the back wall, on the right side of the home, which faces out to the back yard
