Elmcrest Single-Family Floor Plan Description – Elevation A:
The one-story Elmcrest features three front elevation options and starts with 1,385 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- From left to right on the front exterior, the Elmcrest Elevation A features a double window in Bedroom Number 3, Stoop to Foyer Entry, and two-car, front-entry Garage.
- Foyer Entry – Located at the center, front of the plan to the left of the Garage, the Foyer Entry features hard-surface flooring. There’s a double-door entry to Bedroom Number 3 immediately to the left.
- A carpeted hallway off the Foyer leads to the rear of the home, passing a vestibule on the left leading to Bedroom Number 2, Bathroom Number 2, and a hall linen closet. From there, the carpeted hallway continues past a hallway coat closet on the right and ends at the open-concept Family Room and Dining Room at the rear center of the home.
- Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 6-inches by 10-feet, 7-inches. Located at the front left of the plan, Bedroom Number 3 features a double door entry off the Foyer Entry, a double window on the front exterior wall, and a closet with sliding doors on the right exterior wall.
- Upon turning into the vestibule to the left of the carpeted hallway, a hallway linen closet with single door is on the left toward the front of the home, a single door leading to Bathroom Number 2 is on the right toward the rear of the home, and Bedroom Number 2 is straight ahead on the left-side exterior wall.
- Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 6-inches by 10-feet, 8-inches. Located along the left-side exterior wall between Bedroom Number 3 at the front left of the home, and the Owner’s Bathroom toward the rear left of the home, Bedroom Number 2 features a single window on the left-side exterior wall and a closet with sliding doors on the right interior wall adjoining the carpeted hallway.
- Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
- Family Room – Dimensions are 17-feet, 7-inches by 10-feet, 2-inches. The Family Room is located at the center of the home between the Dining Room at the rear and the Garage toward the front. The Kitchen adjoins both spaces on the right side of the home.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 14-feet, 7-inches by 10-feet, 2-inches. Located at the rear center of the home between the Owner’s Bedroom at the rear left corner and the Kitchen at the rear right corner, the Dining Room features a sliding glass door on the rear exterior wall.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 10-feet, 0-inches by 16-feet, 7-inches. Located at the rear right corner of the home, the Kitchen features hard-surface flooring and L-shaped cabinetry along the rear exterior wall to the right-side exterior wall. The cabinets begin on the rear exterior wall with a dishwasher and double sink with window above looking out to the rear of the home, and loop toward the front of the home along the right-side exterior wall with a stove, 36-inch refrigerator space, and pantry with sliding doors.
- Laundry Room – Located between the Kitchen and Garage along the right-side exterior wall, the Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and connections for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the right-side exterior wall.
- Two-Car, Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 20-feet, 0-inches by 22-feet, 6-inches. Located at the front right corner of the home, the Garage features one large Garage door, and a single door on the rear wall to the right leading into the Laundry Room which connects to the Kitchen.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 13-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 11-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the home off the Dining Room, the Owner’s Bedroom features a double window on the rear exterior wall. Opposite the double window toward the front of the home, the Owner’s Bath is located along the left-side exterior wall and adjoins the Owner’s Walk-In Closet on the interior wall.
- The Owner’s Walk-In Closet, measuring 6-feet, 3-inches by 5-feet, 1-inch features L-shaped wire shelving and adjoins the Family Room.
- Owner’s Bathroom – Located on the left-side exterior wall between Bedroom Number 2 at the front left corner of the home and the Owner’s Bedroom in the left rear corner of the home, the Owner’s Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a linen closet with sliding double doors immediately to the right behind the single-door entry, an oversized vanity on the left exterior wall followed by the toilet and walk-in shower with built-in corner shelving on the wall adjoining Bedroom Number 2.
- Carpet flooring extends throughout the main level, with the exception of the foyer, bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry areas – which all include hard-surface flooring.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional Cathedral Ceiling - Family Room, Dining Room and Kitchen areas.
- Optional 2-foot left-side extension – This option adds an additional 2 feet to all bedrooms, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet, and Bathroom Number 2. Bedroom Number 3 now measures 12-feet, 6-inches by 10-feet, 7-inches, Bedroom Number 2 now measures 13-feet, 6-inches by 10-feet, 8-inches, the Owner’s Bedroom now measures 15-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 11-inches and the Owner’s Walk-In Closet now measures 8-feet, 3-inches by 5-feet, 1-inch.
- Optional double bowl vanity in Owner’s Bathroom.
- Optional Family Room Fireplace adjoining the Owner’s Walk-In Closet, now measuring 6-feet, 8-inches by 5-feet, 1-inch.
- Optional Kitchen Island – includes overhang - parallel to the right-side exterior wall overlooking the Dining Room and Family Room.
- Optional 2-foot rear extension expands the Owner’s Bedroom to measure 13-feet, 11-inches by 13-feet, 11-inches, the Dining Room now measures 14-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 2-inches and the Kitchen now measures 10-feet, 0-inches by 18-feet, 7-inches. This option is not available with the optional 2-foot left-side extension.
- Optional Morning Room – Dimensions are 14-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 5-inches. Located at the rear of the home off the Dining Room, the optional Morning Room features a cathedral ceiling, three single windows on the rear exterior wall with a centered circle-top window above, a sliding glass door on the left side exterior wall, and double windows on the right side exterior wall.
- Optional 45-degree Walkout Bay off the Dining Room. This option is not available with the optional Morning Room.
- Optional 90-degree Walkout Bay off the Dining Room. This option is not available with the optional Morning Room.
Lower-Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – Includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the rear of the home.
Optional Lower-Level Features:
- Optional Finished Recreation Room – The optional Finished Recreation Room measures 18-feet, 8-inches by 37-feet, 11-inches and encompasses the entire left side of the Basement.
- Utility/Storage Room – The Unfinished Storage space encompasses the right rear corner of the Basement, accessible through a single door at the center of the Basement off the Optional Finished Recreation Room.
- Optional Basement Bathroom – Off the Finished Recreation Room toward the front, the Optional Basement Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination toward the left side of the Basement.
