Hampshire Single-Family Floorplan Description – Elevation A:
The one-story Hampshire ranch plan features three front elevation options and starts with 1,392 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- From left to right on the front exterior, the Hampshire Elevation A features a single window at bedrooms 2 and 3, Porch to Foyer Entry, and two-car, front-entry Garage.
- Foyer – Located at the center of the front of the plan between Bedroom Number 3 and the Garage, the single-door Foyer Entry leads inside to hard-surface flooring, and a single-door coat closet on the left. Continuing from the Foyer adjoins the Great Room with the Kitchen and Breakfast Area encompassing the right side of the home.
- Turning left from the foyer leads you to the bedrooms on the left side of the home. Straight ahead is the doorway to Bath 2, along with a single door linen closet just to the right of the entrance. Access to both Bedrooms 2 and 3 are just to the left of the entrance to Bath 2. The Owner’s Bedroom entrance sits to the right.
- Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 10-inches by 9-feet, 10-inches. Located at the front corner of the home, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window facing out the front of the home and a closet on the rear interior wall with sliding double doors.
- Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 9-feet, 9-inches by 11-feet, 4-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, a single window faces out the front of the home and an additional single window faces out the left side of the home. A walk-in closet is located on the front exterior wall adjoining the wall of Bedroom Number 2.
- Bathroom Number 2 – Located between the Owner’s Bedroom and Bedroom 2 on the left side of the home, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with built-in corner shelves.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 13-feet, 7-inches by 13-feet, 3-inches. The Owner’s Bedroom adjoins the wall of the Great Room to its right with the Owner’s Bathroom and Walk-In Closet encompassing its left side on the left and rear exterior walls. The Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows facing out the left side of the home.
- Owner’s Bathroom – Located on the rear wall of the home and adjoining the Great Room wall, the Owner’s Bathroom features a single-door linen closet and walk-in shower on the right side, a single window on rear wall, and a toilet and single vanity on the left wall adjoining the Owner’s Walk-In Closet.
- Owner’s Walk-In Closet – Dimensions are 5-feet, 0-inches by 7-feet, 2-inches. Located in the left rear corner of the home, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet features L-shaped wire shelving.
- Two-Car, Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 20-feet, 0-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front right corner of the home, the Garage features a single Garage door and a single service door on the rear interior wall leading inside to the mud room / laundry area.
- Laundry Room - Upon entering through the Garage, two single-door closets are located on the left and space for a washer and dryer is on the right. There’s an opening straight ahead into the Kitchen.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 9-feet, 6-inches by 9-feet, 1-inches. Located along the right-side exterior wall in the rear corner, the Kitchen features L-shaped cabinetry with space for a refrigerator and range on the right side wall. The cabinets wrap around to the rear wall and include a sink with window above, and dishwasher to the left of the sink.
- Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 9-feet, 9-inches by 11-feet, 5-inches. Located to the left of the kitchen, the Breakfast Area features a sliding glass door on the rear wall.
- Great Room – Dimensions are 13-feet, 3-inches by 24-feet, 5-inches. Located at the rear center of the home, the Great Room features two single windows facing out the rear of the home.
- Hard-surface flooring is included in the Foyer, Kitchen, Laundry Room, and Full Baths. Carpet flooring is included in the Great Room, Breakfast Area, all Bedrooms and closets, and hallways.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional Kitchen Island – sits along the edge of the kitchen on the left side, adjoining the Breakfast Area, and has a bar overhang on the lower side.
- Optional Cathedral Ceiling in the Great Room.
- Optional Vaulted Ceiling in the Breakfast Area
- Optional Great Room fireplace on the rear exterior wall in between the two windows.
- Optional Morning Room rear extension off the Breakfast Area. Dimensions are 10-feet, 11-inches by 9-feet, 5-inches.
- Optional 2-Foot Side extension to the entire home. Kitchen dimensions are now 11-feet, 6-inches by 9-feet, 1-inch, and the Garage is now 22-feet by 20-feet. The Laundry Room also extends by 2-feet to the right.
- Optional side-entry Garage – includes two single windows on the front of the home and single garage door on the right side of the home.
Lower-Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – Includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the rear of the home.
Optional Lower-Level Features:
- Optional Finished Recreation Room – The optional Finished Recreation Room measures 39-feet, 4-inches by 16-feet, 10-inchs and encompasses entire center of the Basement. This option includes a single door accessing the Utility/Storage Room along the entire rear of the Basement and a single door another Storage Room at the front right corner of the Basement.
- Optional Basement Bathroom – Available with the Optional Finished Recreation Room option, Bath 3 is located on the right side of the Recreation Room, adjoining the garage wall. This bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination.
