Aspen Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description:

The one-story Aspen ranch home features three front elevation options and starts with 1,849 square feet of living space. The home features three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • Foyer Entry - Located at the front center of the home between the two-car, front-entry Garage on the right side and Secondary Bedroom Number 3 on the left side, the Foyer includes hard-surface flooring and coat closet. Upon entering, turn either toward the right side of the home with the Garage and main living area, or toward the left side leading down a short hallway to the secondary bedrooms. The hallway includes carpet flooring.
  • Secondary Bathroom Number 2 – Located at the center of the home at the start of the hallway leading to the Secondary Bedrooms, Secondary Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a dual vanity, tub/shower combination and linen closet.

This map shows the location of the Grays Pointe community in Port Matilda, Pennsylvania. The location pin marks the community just south of Graysdale and east of Stormstown. The community is accessed from Grays Woods Boulevard, which connects the neighborhood to the surrounding road network. Graysdale is located to the north, Park Forest Village is to the east, Waddle is to the northeast, and Stormstown is to the southwest. The larger State College area is just east of the map.
