Steadfield Townhome Floor Plan Description

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right, the front exterior features a one-car Garage door and a covered porch leading into the Foyer through a single door.
  • Entry – The front-door Entry, located to the left of the Porch and the right of the one-car, front-entry Garage, opens to the Foyer with hard-surface flooring.
  • Upon entering, a double door hall closet is located on the right. Continuing down the Foyer hallway toward the rear of the home, a powder room is located on the right followed by a single door leading downstairs to the Basement. A single door leading to the Garage is located on the left across from the Basement door.
  • Powder Room – Located at the front of the Foyer hallway, the Powder Room adjoins the double-door hall closet on its front wall and features a single vanity across from the toilet on the rear wall adjoining the Basement stairwell.
