Newport Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation A

The two-story Newport features four front elevation options and starts with 2,471 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right, the front exterior features a double window at the Dining Room, the front-door Entry to the Foyer, a single window at the staircase leading to the upper level, and a large two-car Garage door. A porch extends from the Dining Room to the single window of the stairwell.
  • Foyer Entry – The front-door Entry, located at the center of the porch to the left of the two-car, front-entry Garage, opens to a two-story Foyer with hard-surface flooring.
  • Upon entering, the Dining Room is located to the left and the L-shaped stairwell leading to the upper level is to the right.
  • Dining Room – Dimensions are 10-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 3-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Dining Room features a double window on the front exterior wall with a cut-through to the Foyer on its right-side wall and a cut-through to the Kitchen on its rear interior wall.
  • Continuing down the Foyer to the rear of the home leads past a single-door coat closet on the left followed by the Powder Room.
  • Powder Room – Located at the end of the Foyer hallway, the Powder Room adjoins the double-door Pantry of the Kitchen on its rear wall and features a pedestal sink and toilet on the left-side wall adjoining the Dining Room.

Upper Level Included Features:

  • The L-shaped stairs lead to a landing on the upper level facing the rear of the home. Bedroom Number 2 and 3 are to the left, encompassing the left side of the upper level, and Bedroom Number 4, the Laundry Room and the Owner’s Bedroom are to the right.
  • Turn left from the stairs and face the left-side of the upper level. A railing with a view to the Foyer below is to the left, as well as a single window on the front exterior wall above the front door. Continuing along the upper-level hallway, a single-door hallway closet is on the left toward the front of the home and Bathroom Number 2 is on the right.
  • Bathroom Number 2 – Located on the rear exterior wall, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring.   • Optional Bathroom Number 3 over the Foyer, connected only to Bedroom Number 2 through a sliding pocket door. Lower-Level Features:

Community Location: Homesites in Deerhaven are located along Trophy Way, Deerhaven Road, Archer's Glen Road and Ten Pointe Path in Bellefonte, PA 16823. The community is situated between Route 64 to the north, and Zion Back Road to the south. The community entrance, Trophy Way, connects to Zion Back Road. Routes I-80 and I-99 are to the north and west of the community. Zion, Bellefonte, Axemann, and Pleasant Gap are all nearby to the west. Walker Township Park, and Hecla Park are also nearby.
