Greenwood Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation A

The two-story Greenwood features three front elevation options and starts with 2,071 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement, per homesite.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right, the front exterior features a porch with a double window of the Dining Room, the front door Entry and a single two-car Garage door.
  • Entry – The walk-up stoop, to the left of the two-car, front-entry Garage, opens to a two-story Foyer located between the Dining Room to the left and a wall adjoining the Garage to the right.
  • Upon entering through the front door, the straight stairwell to the upper level is to the center left along an interior wall toward the Dining Room and the Entry hallway continues to the rear of the plan passing a single door to the Powder Room on the right followed by a single-door coat closet and single door leading to the Garage. The hallway ends at the rear of the plan at the Breakfast Area with the Kitchen to the left and the Family Room to the right.
  • Dining Room – Dimensions are 10-feet, 9-inches by 12-feet, 10-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Dining Room features three single windows on the left-side exterior wall and a double window on the front exterior wall facing out to the front porch. The rear interior wall of the Dining Room features a cut-through to the Kitchen at the home’s rear left corner.

  • Optional Family Room Fireplace on the right-side exterior wall.
  • Optional flanking windows on the right-side exterior wall. This option is also available with the optional right-side Great Room Fireplace with the Fireplace centered between.

Upper Level Included Features:

  • The staircase leads to the upper-level landing facing the rear of the upper level with Bathroom Number 2 straight ahead.
  • Bathroom Number 2 – Located on the rear exterior wall between Bedroom Number 3 and 4, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination along the rear exterior wall.
  • Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 9-inches by 10-feet, 11-inches. Located in the front left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window facing out the front of the home and a closet with double sliding doors on the rear interior wall adjoining the closet of Bedroom Number 3.
  • Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 11-inches by 10-feet, 10-inches. Located between Bathroom Number 2 and the Owner’s Bathroom in the rear right corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 4 features a single window on the rear exterior wall and closet with double sliding doors on the left-side interior wall perpendicular to the rear exterior wall.
  • Laundry Room – The Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer along the front exterior wall.
  • Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 14-feet, 7-inches by 17-feet, 3-inches. Located in the front right corner of the upper level, the Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows facing out the front of the home.
