Rockford Single-Family Floorplan Description – Elevation A:

The Rockford single-story ranch home features three front elevation options and starts with 1,699 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • Front Porch – included only with Elevation C, this porch spans the front ride side of the home to the garage on the left side.
  • Foyer Entry – the Foyer is accessed from the front porch, included on Elevation C. The Foyer hallway extends straight toward the rear of the home after first passing the door to the garage on the left, followed by the door to the basement stairwell on the left. On the right side, opposite these two doorways, is an opening into another hallway area which leads to secondary bedrooms 2 and 3, Bathroom 2, a linen closet, and the Laundry Room. The Foyer area includes hard-surface flooring, which extends into the Kitchen.
  • Kitchen – Dimensions are 16-feet, 8-inches by 13-feet, 10-inches. Situated in the center of the home, adjacent to the Great Room in the rear, the Kitchen includes hard-surface flooring. The L-shaped design starts along the wall adjoining the basement stairwell toward the front of the home. From right to left, there is a 36” refrigerator space, countertops with cabinets above, and a corner pantry. Wrapping around on the left side wall, adjacent to the Owner’s Bath is additional countertop space, a stove, and more countertops. An oversized center island includes a double sink, dishwasher, and a bar overhang.
  • Great Room – Dimensions are 24-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet. Open to the Kitchen area, and located in the right rear corner of the home, the Great Room includes carpet flooring, a sliding glass door on the left side rear wall, and triple windows on the rear wall toward the right side.
  • Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 13-feet, 11-inches by 14-feet, 10-inches. Located in the left rear corner of the home, the owner’s bedroom includes double windows on the rear wall and carpet flooring. A pocket door on the wall opposite the windows, toward the front of the home, leads to the Owner’s Bathroom and Walk-in Closet.
  • Owner’s Bathroom – Located in the center, left side of the home adjacent to the garage wall, the Owner’s Bath includes hard-surface flooring. On the left, exterior wall is a shower stall with corner shelves and a toilet with window above. On the right side wall is a double sink vanity and linen closet. A doorway on the lower wall leads to the Walk-in Closet.
  • Owner’s Closet – Accessed from the Owner’s Bath, the closet includes carpet flooring, and U-shaped wire shelving. Dimensions are 9-feet, 3-inches by 7-feet, 11-inches.
  • Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 3-inches by 9-feet, 11-inches. Located along the right side of the home, and accessed from the secondary hallway off the foyer, the rear wall of Bedroom 2 adjoins the Great Room. There’s a single window on the exterior wall, perpendicular to the closet with sliding doors.
  • Linen Closets – located just outside of the entrance to Bedroom 2 is a small linen closet with wire shelving. Just around the corner into a short hallway on the right is another, larger, closet with wire shelves. A third linen closet is just outside of Bedroom Number 3, on the lower side of Bathroom Number 2.
  • Laundry Room – Dimensions are 5-feet, 4-inches by 6-feet, 7-inches. Located on the right side exterior wall, the Laundry room adjoins Bedroom Number 2 closet on the upper side, has hookups for a washer and dryer on this same wall. The Laundry Room includes hard-surface flooring, and a single window on the side wall facing the right side yard of the home.
  • Bathroom Number 2 – This full bathroom is situated on the right side exterior wall, with the Laundry Room on the upper side and Bedroom Number 3 on the lower side at the front of the home. This bathroom includes hard-surface flooring, single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with corner shelves.
  • Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 3-inches by 9-feet, 11-inches. Located in the front, right corner of the home, Bedroom Number 2 has double windows on the front wall, overlooking the front porch.
