Elmcrest Single-Family Floor Plan Description – Elevation A:

The one-story Elmcrest features three front elevation options and starts with 1,385 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right on the front exterior, the Elmcrest Elevation A features a double window in Bedroom Number 3, Stoop to Foyer Entry, and two-car, front-entry Garage.
  • Foyer Entry – Located at the center, front of the plan to the left of the Garage, the Foyer Entry features hard-surface flooring. There’s a double-door entry to Bedroom Number 3 immediately to the left.
  • A carpeted hallway off the Foyer leads to the rear of the home, passing a vestibule on the left leading to Bedroom Number 2, Bathroom Number 2, and a hall linen closet. From there, the carpeted hallway continues past a hallway coat closet on the right and ends at the open-concept Family Room and Dining Room at the rear center of the home.
