Crestmont Single-Family Floorplan Description – Elevation A:

The two-story Crestmont features three front elevation options and starts with 2,118 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • Foyer Entry – Located in the front, center of the home to the left of the Garage, the Foyer features hard-surface flooring and a formal Dining Room immediately to the left.
  • Dining Room – Dimensions are 10-feet, 11-inches by 9-feet, 11-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Dining Room features an elegant entry with a column on either side of the open double-door frame, and two single windows facing out to the front of the home. The rear wall of the Dining Room adjoins the Kitchen.
  • The Foyer hallway continues toward the rear of the home passing an adjacent hallway on the right. This hallway leads to a single door to the Basement stairs on the left, a hall closet on the left, access to the Garage on the right, a Powder Room on the left and ends at the Laundry Room on the right-side exterior wall.

Upper Level Included Features:

  • The staircase to the Upper Level empties onto a landing facing the front of the home. Bedroom Numbers 3 and 4 are located on the right while Bedroom Number 2 is located in the rear left corner of the home. The Owner’s Bedroom is located in the rear right corner. Carpet flooring extends throughout the entire upper level, with the exception of the bathrooms.
  • Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 15-feet, 9-inches by 14-feet, 4-inches.
