Brandywine Single-Family Floorplan Description – Elevation A:

The two-story Brandywine features three front elevation options and starts with 1,897 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • Foyer Entry – Located in the front, center of the home, the Foyer features hard-surface flooring and opens to a hallway leading to the rear of the home. Just inside the door to the left, a straight stairwell adjoins the formal Dining Room and leads upstairs. The Foyer is flanked by a formal Dining Room on the left and a formal Living Room on the right.
  • Dining Room –Dimensions are 10-feet, 0-inches by 11-feet, 1-inch. Located in the front left corner of the home on the side exterior wall opposite the Garage, the Dining Room features two single windows facing out the front of the home. The Dining Room includes carpet flooring.
  • Living Room – Dimensions are 9-feet, 6-inches by 11-feet, 0-inches. Located in the right front corner of the home adjoining the right-side Garage, the Living Room features two single windows facing out the front of the home. The Living Room includes carpet flooring.
  • The Foyer hallway leads past another short hallway on the right, leading behind the Living Room and into the Garage. In this hallway, there is a single-door coat closet on the left, a Powder Room on the left, and a door to the garage straight ahead.

From the stairs, turn left and head toward the front of the home past the Laundry Room on the right and into Secondary Bedroom Number 2 in the home’s front left corner. Turn right from the stairs and head toward the front of the home past Secondary Bathroom Number 2 on the left and end at Secondary Bedroom Number 3 in the home’s front right corner.
  • Carpet flooring extends throughout the bedrooms and upper-level hallways.
