Hawthorne Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation A

The two-story Hawthorne features three front elevation options and starts with 2,264 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement, per homesite.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right, the front exterior features a double window at the Living Room, a front stoop at the front door Entry, a double window of the Dining Room and two-car attached Garage with a single door.
  • Entry – The walk-up stoop, to the left of the two-car, front-entry Garage and centered between the Living and Dining rooms, opens to a Foyer with the Living Room to the left and a wall adjoining the Dining Room to the right.
  • Upon entering through the front door into the Foyer, a hallway leads to the rear of the home. A straight stairwell to the upper level is to the center left along an interior wall adjoining the Living Room and a single-door coat closet is to the center right. Continuing down the hallway toward the rear of the home, there is a Powder Room on the right, adjoining the Dining Room.
  • The Powder Room features hard-surface flooring and a pedestal sink on the rear interior wall facing the toilet on the front interior wall.
  • Living Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 5-inches by 12-feet, 9-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Living Room features a double window on the front exterior wall facing out to the front yard.
  • The Foyer hallway ends at the center of the home at the Breakfast Area with the Family Room to the left and the Kitchen to the right.
  • Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 9-feet, 8-inches by 10-feet, 11-inches. Located at the rear of the home centered between the Family Room and the Kitchen, the Breakfast Area features hard-surface flooring, a sliding door on the rear exterior wall leading to the rear of the home, and a single-door pantry on the opposing interior wall.
  • Family Room – Dimensions are 16-feet, 2-inches by 13-feet, 3-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the home, the Family Room features a double window on the rear exterior wall. A single door on the opposite interior wall leads downstairs to the Basement.

The Kitchen features L-shaped cabinetry beginning on the rear exterior wall with the dishwasher and double sink with window above looking out to the rear of the home. The L-shape continues along the right wall adjoining the Garage featuring a stove and single door leading to the Garage. On the interior wall opposite the Kitchen sink is continued counter space with a 36-inch refrigerator space followed by open access to the Dining Room at the front of the home.
  • Dining Room – Dimensions are 11-feet, 9-inches by 13-feet, 1-inch. Located in the front right corner of the home adjoining the Garage, the Dining Room features a double window on the front exterior wall facing out to the front porch.
  • Two-Car, Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 22-feet, 0-inches by 24-feet, 0-inches. Attached on the right side of the home, the Garage features a single two-car Garage door and single interior door on the left-side wall adjoining the Kitchen.
  • Hard-surface flooring on the main level is included throughout the Foyer, Powder Room, Kitchen and Breakfast Area. Carpet flooring is included in the Living Room, Dining Room, and Family Room.

Main Level Optional Features:

  • Optional 9-foot ceilings on the Main Level.
  • Optional Stair location for 9-foot ceilings or 9-foot basement walls.
  • Optional 2-foot Kitchen/Breakfast Area rear extension. This option applies only to the main level and increases the Kitchen to measure 9-feet, 0-inches by 15-feet, 3-inches and the Breakfast Area to measure 9-feet, 8-inches by 12-feet, 11-inches.
  • Optional Rear Extension off the Family Room, Breakfast Area and Kitchen. Extends the rear wall back 2 feet.
  • Optional Morning Room off the Kitchen and Breakfast Area at the rear of the home. This option is only available with the Optional 2-foot Rear Extension. The Morning Room measures 14-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 5-inches and features a cathedral ceiling, double window on the right-side exterior wall, three single windows on the rear exterior wall with centered circle-top window above, and a sliding double door on the left-side exterior wall.
  • Optional rectangle-shaped Kitchen Island - located parallel to the rear exterior wall.
  • Optional Angled Kitchen Island – available only with the optional Morning Room. The optional Angled Kitchen Island begins parallel to the rear exterior wall at the dishwasher and angles into the Breakfast Area toward the optional Morning Room.
  • Optional drywall opening between the Family Room and Living Room.
  • Optional 45-degree Living Room Walkout Bay on the left-side exterior wall.
  • Optional Family Room Fireplace on the left-side exterior wall.
  • Optional flanking windows on the left-side exterior wall. This option is also available with the optional left-side Family Room Fireplace with the Fireplace centered between.
  • Optional rectangle-shaped Kitchen Island with overhang parallel to the right-side wall adjoining the Garage.
  • Optional 2-foot Garage Extension increases the right-side of the Garage now measuring 24-feet, 0-inches by 24-feet, 0-inches.
  • Optional single Garage window on the right-side exterior wall.
  • Optional side-entry Garage with two single-car Garage doors on the right-side exterior wall and two single windows on the front exterior wall in lieu of the single two-car Garage door.

Upper Level Included Features:

  • The carpeted staircase leads to the upper-level landing facing the rear of the upper level with Bedroom Number 4 straight ahead, Bedroom Numbers 2 and 3 to the left and the Owner’s Bedroom to the right.
  • Upon turning left from the stairs to face the left-side of the upper level, double accordion doors are straight ahead to access hook-ups for a side-by-side washer and dryer. This space features hard-surface flooring. Bedroom Number 2 is located to the left in the front left corner of the upper level and Bedroom Number 3 is to the right in the rear left corner of the upper level.
  • Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 5-inches by 10-feet, 10-inches. Located in the front left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window on the front exterior wall and a closet with sliding doors on the opposite interior wall adjoining the closet of Bedroom Number 3 and perpendicular to the left-side exterior wall.
  • Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 9-inches by 10-feet, 8-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 3 features two single windows on the rear exterior wall and a closet with sliding doors on the opposite interior wall and perpendicular to the left-side exterior wall.
  • Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 13-feet, 2-inches by 10-feet, 8-inches. Located at the rear center of the upper level, Bedroom Number 4 features a single window on the rear exterior wall and a closet with sliding doors on the right-side interior wall adjoining the Owner’s Bathroom.
  • Bathroom Number 2 – Located at the front center of the upper level above the Foyer on the main level, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring and a single window on the front exterior wall. The right-side interior wall adjoining the Owner’s Bedroom features a double-sink vanity and tub/shower combination while the opposite left-side interior wall adjoining Bedroom Number 2 features a toilet and single-door linen closet.
  • Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 12-feet, 5-inches by 17-feet, 10-inches. Located in the front right corner of the upper level, the Owner’s Bedroom features a double window on the front exterior wall, the Owner’s Bathroom in the rear right corner and a vestibule on the right-side wall leading to the Owner’s Sitting Room and Owner’s Walk-In Closet.
  • Owner’s Bathroom – Located in the rear right corner of the Owner’s Bedroom, the Owner’s Bathroom features hard-surface flooring and a single window on the rear exterior wall. The left-side interior wall features a walk-in shower with built-in corner shelves opposite the toilet.

  • Owner’s Walk-In Closet – Dimensions are 8-feet, 11-inches by 6-feet, 11-inches. Accessible through the Owner’s Sitting Room, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet features parallel wire shelving on the front and rear exterior walls and a single window on the right-side exterior wall.

Optional Upper-Level Features:

  • Optional luxury Owner’s Bath. This option moves the closet of Bedroom Number 4 from the front-left interior wall to the rear-left interior wall. Upon entering, a double-sink vanity is immediately on the left, a soaking tub with window above is on the rear exterior wall followed by a toilet and walk-in shower with built-in corner shelves on the right-side exterior wall.
  • Optional 2-foot, right-side extension on at the Garage increases the Walk-In Closet to measure 8-feet, 11-inches by 6-feet, 11-inches.
  • Optional Owner’s Walk-In Closet/Storage – In lieu of the Owner’s Sitting Room, the Walk-In Closet shifts to adjoin the Owner’s Bedroom and now measures 9-feet, 5-inches by 6-feet, 11-inches. Continuing through the Walk-In Closet, unfinished Storage Space is accessible through a single door on the right-side wall of the Walk-In Closet. This option is also available with the optional 2-foot right-side extension.
  • Optional Tray Ceiling in Owner's Bedroom.
  • Optional Cathedral Ceiling in Owner's Bedroom.

Lower-Level Features:

  • Unfinished Basement –includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the rear of the home.

Optional Lower-Level Features:

  • Optional Finished Recreation Room – Encompassing the right side of the Basement adjoining the Garage above, the optional finished Recreation Room measures 21-feet, 7-inches by 25-feet, 11-inches. With this option, the left side of the Basement is an unfinished Utility Room.
  • Optional Basement Bathroom – Located at the front of the Basement to the left of the stairs and the optional finished Recreation Room features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination on the rear interior wall.
  • Optional Finished Basement at Morning Room – when the Morning Room is selected on the main level above, this option allows for excavation and finishing of the basement area underneath. This option is only available with the Finished Rec Room option, and extends that space.
  • The Basement expands off the rear to match the optional Morning Room above.
