Hampton Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation A:

The one-story Hampton ranch plan features three front elevation options and starts with 1,744 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right on the front exterior, the Hampton Elevation A features a single window at Bedroom Number 3, a double window at Bedroom Number 2, Porch to Foyer Entry, and two-car, front-entry Garage.
  • Foyer – Located at the center of the front of the plan between Bedroom Number 2 and the Garage, the single-door Foyer Entry leads inside to hard-surface flooring, a single-door coat closet on the right, and a carpeted vestibule hallway leading to the bedrooms encompassing the entire left side of the home. Continuing from the Foyer to the rear of the home, the Foyer ends at the Great Room with the Kitchen and Breakfast Area encompassing the entire right side of the home.
  • The carpeted vestibule hallway leading to the bedrooms on the left side of the home takes an L shape. Turning left from the Foyer, the hallway faces the left side of the home with a single-door linen closet on the left toward the front of the home followed by Bedroom Number 2. Access to Bedroom Number 3 is straight ahead. Taking the L-shape toward the rear of the home, Bedroom Number 4 is on the left along the left-side exterior wall, Bathroom Number 2 is on the right along the interior wall and the Owner’s Bedroom is located at the end of the hall in the rear left corner of the home.

Located in the front left corner of the home, a single window faces out the front of the home and an additional single window faces out the left side of the home. A walk-in closet is located on the front exterior wall adjoining the wall of Bedroom Number 2.
  • Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 9-feet, 9-inches by 10-feet, 1-inch.   • Optional 9-foot ceilings on the Upper Level.

  • Optional Great Room fireplace on the rear exterior wall in place of one single window. The optional Great Room fireplace sits between one single window on the left, and the single door leading to the rear of the home on the right.
  • Optional 45-degree walkout bay off the rear of the Owner’s Bedroom. This option features three single windows in lieu of the original two single windows.
  • Optional 2-foot Breakfast Area rear extension. The Breakfast Area now measures 10-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 6-inches.
  • Optional 45-degree walkout bay off the rear of the Breakfast Area. This option features three single windows in lieu of the original double window.
  • Optional Sitting Room/Nursery in lieu of Bedroom Number 4. This option features a single-door on the rear exterior wall connected to the Owner’s Bedroom, as well as the original single door accessing the hallway, a single-door closet adjoining the hallway and a single window on the left-side exterior wall. The optional Sitting Room/Nursery is not available with the optional 3-Bedroom Layout.
  • Optional 3-Bedroom Layout – This option eliminates Bedroom Number 4 and expands Bedroom Numbers 2 and 3 to both now include walk-in closets. Bedroom Number 3 now sits at the front of the home between the Front Porch and the Walk-In Closets of Bedroom Number 2 and 3, and Bedroom Number 2 sits along the left-side exterior wall adjoining the Owner’s Walk-In Closet.
