Gatewood - Streamline Series - Floorplan Description:

A part of the energy-efficient Streamline Series from S&A Homes, the thoughtful Gatewood bi-level design offers both traditional and craftsman-style exterior elevations. The Gatewood features 1,496 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • Stairs to Front Stoop – Located beside the two-car, front-entry garage on the right side of the home, a staircase goes up to the front stoop.
  • Foyer Entry – Located toward the center, right side of the home. This area includes vinyl flooring and a split staircase. Stairs lead either up to the main level (left side) or down to the lower level (right side). There is a window located above the front door on the front wall.
  • Great Room – Dimensions are 17-feet, 6-inches by 21-feet, 1-inch. The entry stairs lead up into the Great Room on the right side of the home. There are three single windows on the right wall of the home and a double window on the front-facing wall. Carpet flooring is included in the Great Room, as well as on the staircase, and in the hallways to the bedrooms.
  • Kitchen – Dimensions are 9-feet, 0-inches by 12-feet, 6-inches. Located behind the Great Room on the right side, rear of the home, the L-shaped kitchen features an optional 60-inch island overlooking the Dining Area. From left to right, the L-shaped wall of cabinetry features space for a refrigerator, a stove and double sink. There is a single window located on the rear wall above the double sink. This area includes vinyl flooring.
  • Dining Area – Dimensions are 8-feet, 6-inches by 12-feet, 6-inches. Located in the right rear corner of the home, and completely open to the Kitchen, the Dining Area features a sliding glass door leading to the back yard on the rear wall. This area includes vinyl flooring.
  • Secondary Full Bath – From the stairwell leading to the Great Room, a hallway to the left leads past a hallway closet on the right, and the full Secondary Bath is on the left. This bathroom includes vinyl flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combination with corner shelves.
  • Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Located in the front left corner of the home, dimensions are 13-feet, 8-inches by 10-feet, 0-inches. This bedroom shares a wall with the Secondary Full Bath and features a double window on the front-facing wall and a closet with sliding door on the rear-facing wall. Carpet flooring is included.
  • Secondary Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 3-inches by 10-feet, 0-inches. Continuing down the hallway and taking a 90-degree turn to the right, Secondary Bedroom Number 2 is on the left. This room features a single window on the home’s left-facing wall, closet with sliding door on the room’s front-facing wall, and carpet flooring. An additional hallway closet is located immediately across from Secondary Bedroom Number 2.
  • Owner’s Suite – Located in the rear left corner of the home at the end of the hallway, dimensions are 13-feet, 8-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. Upon entering, the walk-in closet is located on the right. Further inside, there is a double window on the home’s rear-facing wall.
  • Owner’s Bath – Located on the right side of the Owner’s Suite, the Owner’s Bath features vinyl flooring, an oversized single vanity, toilet, and spacious shower stall with corner shelves. A single window is located behind the bathroom door on the home’s rear-facing wall.

  • Optional Fireplace in the Great Room – located on the right side wall. This fireplace replaces one of the three side windows and has a flanking window on either side.

Lower-Level Included Features:

  • From the Foyer Entry, the left side staircase leads downstairs to the lower level. There’s a finished landing area with vinyl flooring.
  • Two-Car Garage – Located to the left of the lower level landing, the Garage features one large door. Dimensions are 18-feet, 9-inches by 21-feet, 6-inches.
  • Laundry Room – Straight ahead from the lower level landing is a single door into the Laundry Room. This area includes vinyl flooring, hookups for a washer and dryer, and wire shelving on the rear wall.
  • Unfinished Basement – On the right side of the home, the remainder of the lower level is an L-shaped Unfinished Basement space. A 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well is located on the center of the rear wall, facing toward the back yard. In the very front, right corner of the home, there are two double windows facing out to the front yard.
