Dickinson Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation A:

The two-story Dickinson features three front elevation options and starts with 2,762 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right on the front exterior, the Dickinson Elevation A features a Study, front Porch stoop and Foyer, Dining Room and two-car, front-entry Garage.
  • Foyer Entry – Located to the left of the Garage between the Study and the Dining Room, the two-story Foyer Entry features hard-surface flooring and opens to hallway leading to the rear of the home and an L-shaped staircase leading upstairs on the left. The staircase is flanked by the Study in the front-left corner of the home and, the Dining Room is located to the right of the Foyer Entry.
  • Dining Room – Dimensions are 11-feet, 5-inches by 12-feet, 11-inches. Located at the front of the home between the Foyer Entry and the Garage, the Dining Room features a double window facing out the front of the home and a Butler’s Pantry on the rear interior wall leading to the Breakfast Area and Kitchen. Carpet flooring is included.
  • Study – Dimensions are 11-feet, 8-inches y 12-feet, 10-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Study features a 90-degree walkabout bay off the front of the home with double windows. Carpet flooring is included.
  • Two Car, Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 20-feet, 0-inches by 22-feet, 0-inches. The Garage is located in the right front corner of the home and features one large door.
  • From the Front Entry and continuing straight back to the rear of the home, there’s a single door on the left leading to the Basement, and the Family Room is straight ahead. The Breakfast Area, Kitchen, and Laundry Room are toward the right side of the home, behind the Garage.
  • Family Room – Dimensions are 17-feet, 0-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches. Located at the rear center of the home, the two-story Family Room features three single windows on the rear exterior wall.
  • Immediately upon entering the carpeted Family Room from the Foyer Entry, head left to a short hard-surface hallway with single window on the right facing the rear of the home, a single-door hall closet on the left and ending at the Powder Room.
  • Powder Room – Located on the left-side exterior wall, the Powder Room features hard-surface flooring, a toilet, pedestal sink, and single window facing the left side of the home.
  • Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 7-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 11-inches. Located at the rear of the home between the Family Room and Kitchen, the Breakfast Area features hard-surface flooring and a sliding glass door on the rear exterior wall leading to the back yard.
  • Kitchen – Dimensions are 12-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 11-inches. Located adjacent to the Breakfast Area at the rear right of the home, the Kitchen features L-shaped cabinetry on the rear exterior wall, a center island with table extension, and wraparound cabinetry on the wall adjoining the Garage leading to the Butler’s Pantry toward the Dining Room. The L-shaped Kitchen cabinetry on the rear exterior wall features a dishwasher, double sink with single window above facing the rear of the home, and loops toward the front of the home with additional cabinetry and stove. The center island features a table extension on the left side closest to the Breakfast Area. The cabinetry adjoining the Garage wall begins with a pantry cabinet on the right followed by a 36-inch refrigerator space and oven space, then loops back toward the right front of the home into the Butler’s Pantry.

Beginning at the Garage entry point, the Laundry Room features a closet with sliding door on the right followed by counter space and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer.
  • Hard-surface flooring on the main level is included in the Foyer Entry, side hallway off the Family Room, Powder Room, Butler’s Pantry, Breakfast Area, Kitchen and Laundry Room.

  • Optional Morning Room – Dimensions are 18-feet, 11-inches by 13-feet, 11-inches. Located off the rear of the home at the Kitchen and Breakfast Area, the optional Morning Room features a cathedral ceiling, three single windows facing the rear of the home, a double window on the right-side exterior wall, and a sliding glass door on the left-side exterior wall. With this option, the center Kitchen Island is now a functional eat-in center island with the double sink and dishwasher (previously located on the rear exterior Kitchen wall). The double sink overlooks the Breakfast Area.
  • Optional Sit-Down Table Island – Only available with the optional Morning Room, the now functional center island can also feature an optional sit-down table extension on its left side toward the previous Breakfast Area.
  • Optional Morning Room Cabinets – located along the right side exterior wall.
  • Optional 4-Foot Rear Extension off the Breakfast Area, Kitchen, and Laundry Room. The Breakfast Area now measures 7-feet, 7-inches by 17-feet, 1-inch, the Kitchen measures 12-feet, 11-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches and the Laundry Room now measures 6-feet, 0-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches. This option is not available with the optional Sit-Down Table Island. The eat-in center island now sits parallel to the rear exterior wall. This option also includes a 4-foot extension of the Owner’s Bedroom and Walk-In Closet above.
  • Optional Morning Room with Optional 4-foot Rear Extension at the Breakfast Area, Kitchen and Laundry Room – The Kitchen now measures 12-feet, 11-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches. With this option, if paired with the optional Morning Room cabinets on the right-side exterior wall, the double window is removed.
  • Optional Family Room Fireplace - centered on the rear exterior wall in lieu of the centered single window. There are now flanking windows on either side of the Fireplace.
  • Optional Hallway at Family Room – With this option, hard surface flooring extends from left to right connecting the left-side small hallway to the Breakfast Area. The Family Room now measures 17-feet, 0-inches by 13-feet, 11-inches, and has carpet flooring.
  • Optional 4-foot Family Room Rear Extension – The Family Room now measures 17-feet, 0-inches by 20-feet, 11-inches.
  • Optional 9-foot Side Family Room Extension – Extended off the left of the home, the Family Room now measures 26-feet, 11-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches and features five single windows on the rear exterior wall. In tandem with the optional Fireplace, the Fireplace takes the place of the second window from the left. This option is not available with the optional Family Room Rear Extension.
  • Optional 3-car Front-Entry Garage – This option adds a single front-entry Garage bay measuring 12-feet, 0-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches onto the right side of the 2-car Garage.
  • Optional 2-car, Side-Entry Garage – includes one large door and three single windows on the front exterior wall.
  • Optional 3-car Side-Entry Garage – This option includes a 14-foot, 0-inch extension off the front of the home. The 3-car, Side-Entry Garage measures 20-feet, 0-inches by 36-feet, 0-inches with one large 2-car Garage door on the left toward the front of the home, and a separate 1-car single Garage door on the right toward the rear of the home. There are three single windows on the front exterior wall.
  • Optional Covered Patio – Located at the rear left corner of the plan behind the Powder Room and to the left of the Family Room, the optional Patio measures 10-feet, 0-inches by 13-feet, 0-inches. The optional Patio is not available with the optional side Family Room Extension.
  • Optional French door at the Study to the left of the Front Entry.
  • Optional 8-foot 90-degree Walkout Bay off the left side of the Study.
  • Optional Bar Sink at Butler’s Pantry on wall adjoining the Garage.
  • Optional Open Bar Pass-Thru at the Butler’s Pantry – In lieu of wall between the Butler’s Pantry and Foyer, this option creates a bar overhang from the Butler’s Pantry into the Foyer area.

Upper-Level Included Features:

  • The L-shaped staircase from the Main Level to the Upper Level empties onto a landing facing the right side of the home. To the left is a banister railing, allowing for an open view into the Family Room below. Immediately to the right is another banister railing, which overlooks the two-story Foyer. The Owner’s Bedroom is toward the right rear of the upper level, accessed through an angled double-door, and access to Bedroom Number 3 is to the right toward the front of the upper level. A hallway leads toward the right front corner of the upper-level leading past Bathroom Number 2 on the right and looping back toward the front of the upper landing ending at Bedroom Number 4 in the front right corner. Carpet flooring extends throughout the entire Upper Level, with the exception of the Bathrooms.
  • From the upper-level stairs, turn 180-degrees to face the left-side of the plan. A short hallway leads to a single door hallway closet at the left of the plan and Bedroom Number 2 at the front left corner of the upper level.
  • Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 7-inches. Located in the front left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window on the front exterior wall and a walk-in closet, measuring 5-feet, 11-inches by 7-feet, 11-inches, at the rear of the room adjoining the left-side exterior wall and featuring U-shaped wire shelving.
  • Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 5-inches by 12-feet, 7-inches. Located to the right of the upper-level stairs, Bedroom Number 3 features a double window facing out the front of the home and a closet on the opposite interior wall with folding double doors.
  • Bathroom Number 2 – Located toward the front of the home between Bedroom Number 3 and Bedroom Number 4, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring and a dual vanity with linen cabinet between the sinks. The toilet and tub/shower combination located at the front of the home are separated from the vanity by a single door for privacy.
  • Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 3-inches by 11-feet, 3-inches. Bedroom Number 4 features a double window facing out the front of the home and a wall-length closet along the right-side exterior wall with double sliding doors.
  • Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 16-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 11-inches. Located in the right-rear of the upper level, the Owner’s Bedroom features a French door entry, two single windows facing out the rear of the home, a Walk-In Closet in the rear right corner followed by the adjoining Owner’s Bath along the right-side exterior toward the front.
  • Owner’s Walk-In Closet – Dimensions are 8-feet, 4-inches by 9-feet, 0-inches. Located in the rear right corner, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet features U-shaped wire shelving.
  • Owner’s Bathroom – The Owner’s Bathroom features hard-surface flooring and a dual vanity with linen cabinet between the sinks along the entire left side. The opposing right side of the Owner’s Bathroom features a private water closet with sliding pocket door, toilet, and single window facing out the right side of the home followed by a soaking tub with window facing out the right side of the home, and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure.

Optional Upper-Level Features:

  • Optional 9-foot ceilings on the Upper Level.
  • Optional Bathroom Number 2 and 3 – In lieu of the shared hallway Bathroom Number 2, optional Bathroom Number 2 is now a private bathroom located on the left-side interior wall of Bedroom Number 4 with sliding pocket door entry, hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination, adjoining Bathroom Number 3. Located on the right-side interior wall of Bedroom Number 3, Bathroom Number 3 features a sliding pocket door entry, hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub-shower combination along the adjoining wall of the upper-level hallway.
  • Optional Bathroom Number 4 – Optional Bathroom Number 4 is located in Bedroom Number 2 on the right-side wall in lieu of the two-story Foyer Entry. Optional Bathroom Number 4 features a vanity with linen cabinet, toilet and tub/shower combination on the right-side wall adjoining Bedroom Number 3.
  • Optional Bedroom Number 5/Bathroom Number 5 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 7-inches by 11-feet, 7-inches. In lieu of the two-story Family Room, optional Bedroom Number 5 is located to the left of the Owner’s Bedroom on the rear of the upper level, directly above the Family Room. Bedroom Number 5 features two single windows on the rear exterior wall. Bathroom Number 5 sits in the right rear corner of the room, and a walk-in closet sits toward the front of the plan adjoining the hallway closet and Owner’s Bedroom. Bathroom Number 5 features a single window on the rear exterior wall, a single vanity on the wall adjoining the Owner’s Bedroom, followed by the toilet and tub/shower combination adjoining the Walk-In Closet. The Closet measures 4-feet, 11-inches by 4-feet, 4-inches.
