The numbered homesites shown on the site plan are located along the eastern side of Buchanan Drive. Lots 15 through 20 front Buchanan Drive. Additional homesites are located throughout the community along Buchanan Drive and Overhill Drive. The surrounding area includes established residential streets, including Locust Drive, Cedar Lane, Beech Lane, Oakwood Drive, Keefer Drive, and Landis Drive.
