Hampshire Single-Family Floorplan Description – Elevation A:

The one-story Hampshire ranch plan features three front elevation options and starts with 1,392 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right on the front exterior, the Hampshire Elevation A features a single window at bedrooms 2 and 3, Porch to Foyer Entry, and two-car, front-entry Garage.
  • Foyer – Located at the center of the front of the plan between Bedroom Number 3 and the Garage, the single-door Foyer Entry leads inside to hard-surface flooring, and a single-door coat closet on the left. Continuing from the Foyer adjoins the Great Room with the Kitchen and Breakfast Area encompassing the right side of the home.
  • Turning left from the foyer leads you to the bedrooms on the left side of the home. Straight ahead is the doorway to Bath 2, along with a single door linen closet just to the right of the entrance. Access to both Bedrooms 2 and 3 are just to the left of the entrance to Bath 2. The Owner’s Bedroom entrance sits to the right.
  • Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 10-inches by 9-feet, 10-inches. Located at the front corner of the home, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window facing out the front of the home and a closet on the rear interior wall with sliding double doors.
  • Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 7-inches by 9-feet, 8-inches.
