  • Dining Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 1-feet by 13-feet, 3-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Dining Room features a double window facing out the front of the home and is accessible from the Foyer and from the Kitchen located in the left rear corner of the home. Carpet flooring is included.
  • Kitchen – Dimensions are 12-feet, 3-inches by 13-feet, 0-inches. Located in the left rear corner of the home, the Kitchen features hard-surface flooring and L-shaped cabinetry beginning on the left-side exterior of the home and wrapping around to the rear exterior wall. Beginning at the adjoining wall of the Dining Room and the left-side exterior wall, the cabinets include a utility cabinet, 36-inch refrigerator space, stove, an angled double sink in the left corner with corner windows above, and then continues along the rear exterior wall with the dishwasher and additional cabinetry.
