Newport Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation A

The two-story Newport features four front elevation options and starts with 2,471 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.

Main Level Included Features:

  • From left to right, the front exterior features a double window at the Dining Room, the front-door Entry to the Foyer, a single window at the staircase leading to the upper level, and a large two-car Garage door. A porch extends from the Dining Room to the single window of the stairwell.
  • Foyer Entry – The front-door Entry, located at the center of the porch to the left of the two-car, front-entry Garage, opens to a two-story Foyer with hard-surface flooring.
  • Upon entering, the Dining Room is located to the left and the L-shaped stairwell leading to the upper level is to the right.
  • Dining Room – Dimensions are 10-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 3-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Dining Room features a double window on the front exterior wall with a cut-through to the Foyer on its right-side wall and a cut-through to the Kitchen on its rear interior wall.
  • Continuing down the Foyer to the rear of the home leads past a single-door coat closet on the left followed by the Powder Room.
  • Powder Room – Located at the end of the Foyer hallway, the Powder Room adjoins the double-door Pantry of the Kitchen on its rear wall and features a pedestal sink and toilet on the left-side wall adjoining the Dining Room.
  • Upon reaching the end of the Foyer, before entering the Breakfast Area at the rear of the home, turn right and face a single door to the Mudroom straight ahead and a single door on the right leading downstairs to the Basement.
  • Garage – Dimensions are 19-feet, 7-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front right corner of the home, the Garage features one large 2-car Garage door. Access the inside of the home through a single door at the rear of the Garage leading into the Mudroom.
  • Mudroom – Dimensions are 11-feet, 6-inches by 5-feet, 6-inches. Located at the rear of the Garage, the Mudroom features hard-surface flooring and a single-door on its left-side wall leading to the end of the Foyer hallway and adjoins the Family Room on its rear interior wall.
  • Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 10-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 1-inch. Located at the end of the Foyer hallway at the rear center of the home, the Breakfast Room features hard-surface flooring and a sliding glass door on the rear exterior wall. A double-door pantry sits opposite the sliding glass door on the interior wall adjoining the Powder Room.
  • Kitchen – Dimensions are 10-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 4-inches. Flanking the Breakfast Area in the left-rear corner of the home, the Kitchen features hard-surface flooring and L-shaped cabinetry. Beginning along the left-side exterior wall toward the front of the home, the cabinets include a utility cabinet, 36-inch refrigerator space and stove, followed by a double sink in the rear-left corner with a single window above on the left-side exterior wall and a single window on the rear exterior wall. The cabinetry continues the L-shape and continues along the rear exterior wall with the dishwasher and continued countertops. A drop zone is located opposite the 36-inch refrigerator space, perpendicular to the double-door pantry.
  • Family Room – Dimensions are 23-feet, 10-inches by 14-feet, 0-inches. Located in the rear right corner of the home, the Family Room features three single windows on the rear exterior wall.
  • Hard-surface flooring is included throughout the Foyer, Powder Room, Kitchen, Breakfast Area and Mudroom. Carpet flooring is included in the Dining Room, Family Room, and on the staircase leading to the upper level.

Main Level Optional Features:

  • Optional 9-foot ceilings on the Main Level.
  • Optional Morning Room – Dimensions are 15-feet, 0-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. Located off the rear of the Kitchen and Breakfast Area, the optional Morning Room features a cathedral ceiling, a double window on the left-side exterior wall, three single windows with centered circle top window above on the rear exterior wall, and a sliding glass door on the right-side exterior wall.
  • Optional Keeping Room – Dimensions are 19-feet, 0-inches by 10-feet, 1-inch. The optional Keeping Room extends from the rear of the Kitchen to the rear of the Breakfast Area and features a cathedral ceiling, a double window on the left-side exterior wall, three single windows with centered circle top window above on the rear exterior wall, and a sliding glass door on the right-side exterior wall. This option also reconfigures the Kitchen from L-shaped cabinetry to a galley Kitchen now measuring 12-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 4-inches. The sink and dishwasher are now located on the Kitchen Island, which sits parallel to the left-side exterior wall, overlooking the Breakfast Area.
  • Optional Keeping Room Fireplace centered between the two single windows on the rear exterior wall in lieu of the third centered window.
  • Optional Keeping Room Cabinets along the left-side exterior wall in lieu of the double window.
  • Optional 2-foot left-side extension off the Kitchen and Dining Room. The Kitchen now measures 12-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 4-inches and the Dining Room now measures 12-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 3-inches.
  • Optional 2-foot rear extension off the Family Room. The Family Room now measures 23-feet, 10-inches by 16-feet, 0-inches. This option applies to the first floor only.
  • Optional 4-foot rear extension off the Family Room. The Family Room now measures 23-feet, 10-inches by 18-feet, 0-inches. This option applies to the first floor only.
  • Optional 2-foot rear extension off the Breakfast Area. The Breakfast Area now measures 10-feet, 7-inches by 14-feet, 1-inch.
  • Optional 4-foot rear extension off the Breakfast Area. The Breakfast Area now measures 10-feet, 7-inches by 16-feet, 1-inch.
  • Optional Family Room Fireplace centered on the right-side exterior wall.
  • Optional 2 flanking windows on the right-side exterior wall. This option is also available with the optional Family Room Fireplace with the optional flanking windows on either side of the Fireplace.
  • Optional 45-degree Dining Room Walkout Bay with three single windows on the left-side exterior wall.
  • Optional Dining Room Double Door in lieu of the open cut-through from the Foyer.
  • Optional open railing at the Foyer stairwell.
  • Optional bull nose starter step and volute at the Foyer stairwell.
  • Optional Den in lieu of the Dining Room – Dimensions are 10-feet, 7-inches by 15-feet, 3-inches. The optional den features a double door entry on its right-side wall from the Foyer and the rear wall is now enclosed where it was previously open to the Kitchen.
  • Optional Main-Level Laundry Room – Located at the rear of the Garage with a single-door access to the Foyer hallway to the left, the optional Main-Level Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer toward the right side of the home.
  • Optional Mudroom Extension – Dimensions are 19-feet, 5-inches by 5-feet, 6-inches. The original Mudroom now extends across the entire rear of the Garage.
  • Optional Mudroom Extension with First-Floor Laundry Room in lieu of the upper level Laundry Room. This option includes hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the right-side wall adjoining the Garage. With this option, the original upper level Laundry Room is now an additional Walk-In Closet in the Owner’s Bedroom, measuring 6-feet, 0-inches by 8-feet, 5-inches and featuring double L-shaped wire shelving along the left-side interior wall, rear interior wall adjoining the hallway and the right-interior wall adjoining the Owner’s Bedroom.
  • Optional 3-car, front-entry Garage. This option adds an additional single Garage extending off the right side of the 2-car, front-entry Garage.
  • Optional 2-car, side-entry Garage measuring 19-feet, 7-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches. This option includes one two-car Garage door and two single windows on the front exterior wall in lieu of the original front-entry Garage door.
  • Optional Carriage Garage in tandem with the optional 2-car, side-entry Garage. This option is not available with the optional Mudroom Extension.
  • Optional half Porch now only encompassing the front of the Foyer and the stairwell single window.

Upper Level Included Features:

  • The L-shaped stairs lead to a landing on the upper level facing the rear of the home. Bedroom Number 2 and 3 are to the left, encompassing the left side of the upper level, and Bedroom Number 4, the Laundry Room and the Owner’s Bedroom are to the right.
  • Turn left from the stairs and face the left-side of the upper level. A railing with a view to the Foyer below is to the left, as well as a single window on the front exterior wall above the front door. Continuing along the upper-level hallway, a single-door hallway closet is on the left toward the front of the home and Bathroom Number 2 is on the right.
  • Bathroom Number 2 – Located on the rear exterior wall, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring. Its left-side interior wall adjoins Bedroom Number 3 and features a single vanity and toilet while its right-side interior wall adjoins Bedroom Number 4 and features a double-door linen closet. The tub/shower combination is located on the rear exterior wall.
  • The upper level hallway leading to the left side of the home ends with Bedroom Number 2 on the left and Bedroom Number 3 to the right.
  • Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 7-inches by 13-feet, 10-inches. Located in the front left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window on the front exterior wall and a closet on the right-side wall with double sliding doors.
  • Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 2-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the upper level, Bedroom Number 3 features a single window on the left of the rear exterior wall and a single-door Walk-In Closet on the left of the front interior wall, measuring 5-feet, 0-inches by 12-feet, 2-inches and featuring L-shaped wire shelving.
  • Turning right from the stairs, Bedroom Number 4 is on the left toward the rear of the upper level, the Laundry Room is on the right toward the front of the upper level, and the Owner’s Bedroom is at the end encompassing the right-side of the upper level.
  • Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 0-inches by 12-feet, 2-inches. Located at the rear center of the upper level between Bathroom Number 2 on the left and the Owner’s Walk-In Closet on the right, Bedroom Number 4 features a single window to the right of the rear exterior wall and a closet with double sliding doors on the left-side interior wall, perpendicular to the rear exterior wall.
  • Laundry Room – Located toward the front of the upper level, to the left of the Owner’s Bedroom, the Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the front-exterior wall.
  • Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 13-feet, 5-inches by 15-feet, 6-inches. Located in the front-right corner of the upper level with the Owner’s Walk-In Closet and Owner’s Bathroom to its rear, the Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows on the right-side exterior wall.
  • Owner’s Walk-In Closet – Dimensions are 6-feet, 2-inches by 10-feet, 3-inches. Located at the rear of the Owner’s Bedroom adjoining Bedroom Number 4 on the left and the Owner’s Bathroom to the right, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet features U-shaped wire shelving.
  • Owner’s Bathroom – Located in the rear right corner of the upper level, the Owner’s Bathroom features hard-surface flooring. Upon entering, the right-side exterior wall features a single-door linen closet followed by a double-bowl vanity and the left-side interior wall adjoining the Owner’s Walk-In Closet features a walk-in shower with built-in corner shelves and a toilet with single privacy door. A single window is located on the rear exterior wall.

  • Optional Loft in lieu of the two-story Foyer. Dimensions are 7-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 6-inches. This option adjusts the single-door hallway closet to instead feature double doors.
  • Optional Jack and Jill Bathroom between Bedroom Number 2 and 3. Bedroom Number 3 now measures 10-feet, 9-inches by 12-feet, 2-inches and its walk-in closet, now located in the rear-left corner of the upper level, now measures 5-feet, 0-inches by 5-feet, 7-inches. Located along the left-side exterior wall, the optional Jack and Jill Bathroom begins on the rear interior wall of Bedroom Number 2 with hard-surface flooring, a double-bowl vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination adjoining the walk-in closet of Bedroom Number 3. This option is not available with the optional Loft as the space now features Bathroom Number 3 with hard-surface flooring, a single vanity and toilet on the front exterior wall and a tub/shower combination on the left-interior wall adjoining the closet of Bedroom Number 2.
  • Optional Laundry Room over the Foyer featuring hard-surface flooring and hook-ups for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the left-side interior wall adjoining the closet of Bedroom Number 2. This option partially closes off the two-story foyer, leaving the front section open to below.
  • Optional Bathroom Number 3 over the Foyer, connected only to Bedroom Number 2 through a sliding pocket door. Optional bathroom Number 3 features hard-surface flooring, a single-door linen closet, single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination on the right-side wall adjoining the staircase leading to the upper level. This option partially closes off the foyer, leaving the front section open to below.

Lower-Level Features:

  • Unfinished Basement – includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the rear of the home.

Optional Lower-Level Features:

  • Optional Finished Recreation Room – Dimensions are 20-feet, 8-inches by 29-feet, 10-inches. The straight stairs lead downstairs toward the front of the Basement, ending at a landing that takes a 90-degree turn to the left to empty into the optional Finished Recreation Room encompassing the entire left side of the Basement. The right-side wall of the optional Finished Recreation Room features a straight hallway leading to the rear right corner of the Basement. Upon entering the hallway, the Utility Room is on the right toward the front of the Basement, optional Bathroom Number 3 is to the left toward the rear of the Basement and the optional Flex Space is at the end in the rear right corner of the Basement.
  • Optional Basement Bathroom – Located in the rear center of the Basement, the optional Basement Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with built-in corner shelves along the left-side interior Basement wall.
  • Optional Flex Space – Dimensions are 13-feet, 6-inches by 13-feet, 2-inches. Located in the rear right corner of the Basement, the optional Flex Space features a walk-in closet with L-shaped wire shelving in the front left corner of the room.
  • The optional Finished Recreation Room expands accordingly with the optional 2-foot left-side extension of the upper level, now measuring 22-feet, 8-inches by 29-feet, 10-inches.
  • Optional Finished Basement at Morning Room – when the Morning Room is selected on the main level above, this option allows for excavation and finishing of the basement area underneath. This option is only available with the Finished Rec Room option, and extends that space.
  • The rear of the Basement has the option to expand accordingly with the optional Morning Room or optional Keeping Room on the upper level.
