  • Foyer: The front porch leads through the main entrance into the foyer near the center front of the home. The staircase to the second floor is directly ahead. The foyer connects to the flex space and main living areas.
  • Flex Space – 9-feet-1-inch by 10-feet-5-inches: Located at the front left of the home, beside the foyer. A window faces the front of the home. A wall opening connects the room with the foyer.
  • Powder Room: Located behind the flex space and near the kitchen. The powder room includes a toilet and sink. A nearby closet provides additional storage.
  • Kitchen – 10-feet-3-inches by 13-feet-11-inches: Located at the rear left of the main level. The kitchen includes L-shaped perimeter cabinetry, countertops, a sink, dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator space, and utility cabinet. A window is positioned above the sink on the rear wall.
