### Accessibility / site plan description

Deerhaven is shown on a north-facing map with the community located north of Zion Back Road in Walker Township, Centre County. The main entrance is from Trophy Way, which extends north from Zion Back Road into the community. Trophy Way becomes Deerhaven Road, the primary street running northwest through the community. Velvet Lane branches east from Deerhaven Road, curves through the center of the neighborhood, and reconnects near the eastern side. Ten Point Path forms the southern portion of the community and also connects to Zion Back Road.

Homesites are located along each of the community streets. Lots 37 through 45 front the north side of Deerhaven Road, while Lots 47 through 52, 64, and 65 front the south side. Lots 53 through 56 front the north side of Velvet Lane, while Lots 58 through 63 front the south side. Lots 90 through 95 front the north side of Ten Point Path, and Lots 99 through 105 front the south side.

The community streets end at several points, indicating future phases beyond the currently illustrated homesites. Surrounding roads include Zion Back Road along the south and east, Nittany Valley Drive to the northwest, and Deerhaven Road extending west beyond the community entrance.
