Not only are we dedicated to building it right the first time around, but we back that up with a proactive Customer Care program to ensure nothing goes unnoticed.

Customer Care Timeline

Day 30

You will receive a phone call from your dedicated Customer Care Coordinator. This individual will schedule your 3-Month service visit, ensure you have any paperwork and phone numbers you need, and will walk you through each step of our Customer Care program.

Day 60

Submit your 3-Month Checklist. A member of our Customer Care team will e-mail or call you to set up a 3-Month Home Care visit.

Month 3

Your dedicated Home Care Coordinator will visit your home to review your 3-Month Checklist and remedy any deficiencies in building quality at that time.

Month 10

Submit your 1 Year Checklist. A member of our Customer Care team will e-mail you or call you to set up a 1-Year Home Care visit.

Year 1

Your Home Care Coordinator will visit your home again to make any final adjustments in addition to fixing any drywall issues that may exist.
