Experience with real estate development and partnerships. Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks required. Ability to communicate with partners and senior managers. 3-5 years accounting experience. Responsibilities: Administer accounting functions for multiple real estate partnerships. Record rent and settlement revenue. Manage partnership payables. New Home Sales Associate

S&A Homes, a leading home builder is looking for a New Home Sales Associate for their York/Harrisburg Region. Responsibilities: • Obtain owner/builder salesperson real estate license • Professionally communicate through spoken, written and face to face interaction • Create enduring relationships with families, Realtors, and business associations • Demonstrate the desire and drive to become a “Genuine Sales Professional” • Greet, discover needs, financially qualify, and offer solutions in a timely fashion • Negotiate pricing, read and explain blueprints and legal contracts and documents • Prospect and network to drive traffic in order to surpass sales and satisfaction goals. New Home Sales Representatives

S&A Homes, is looking for New Home Sales Representatives for the York, Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Chambersburg and Martinsburg, WV areas. These opportunities will allow great learning potential. New Home Sales Representatives will establish long lasting relationships with potential customers as they see them through the new home building process. New Home Sales Representatives will meet and greet customers and help with the purchase of the home from the sale of the home to choosing home colors to signing the paperwork. Ideal candidates would have 2+ years experience in new home sales. A PA Builder/Owner Sales License preferred with a proven ability to close sales. Weekend work required. Should be a self starter, detail oriented, have excellent written, verbal and organizational skills. A solid background of computers with the ability to navigate is required. Regional Cost Manager

The Regional Cost Manager position will be based in the Capital region of S&A Homes. This Individual would be responsible for establishing and maintaining all costs for the region, providing training, working with Corporate Bid Management to manage subcontractor on all matters relative to cost, and communicating with subcontractors on defining issues within the Scope of Work , issues relative to the S&A product and the impact on cost (Standard Details, Standard Products, etc.) A degree is desired along with 10 years experience in the industry as well as 5 years of Bid Management experience. Experience with Microsoft Office and a very strong knowledge of Excel and Word are required. Other requirements include strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills are a must.
