STAGE 1: EXCAVATION & FOUNDATION
Water Proofing
A quick seal water proofing is sprayed on foundation walls to provide another layer of protection against unwanted moisture.
Vapor Barrier
An impervious vapor barrier is laid over 4” of permeable fill and then covered with 3 1/2” of concrete to ensure ground moisture is unable to penetrate your home and basement.
Poured Concrete Foundation
Solid concrete walls provide flexural strength several times stronger than block, providing increased design flexibility, increased fire protection while dramatically reducing the risk of water problems.
Sub-Slab Radon Venting
Passive radon venting increases your resale value and saves thousands of dollars in expense should radon ever become an issue in your home.
STAGE 2: FRAMING
Trusses
Pre-Assembled manufacturing design increases quality of finished product.
Tightly Sealed Ductwork & Framing
Sealing air leaks and ductwork reduces energy loss from the home by up to 15%, making your home more comfortable while saving you money on utility bills.
Effective Grading
Each home site is graded to ensure water is directed away from the home to protect your home’s interior from flooding and water issues.
Engineered Floor Joists
Vertical spans of engineered lumber run longer distances to provide superior strength compared to traditional sawn lumber and resists warping and swelling.
Enhanced OSB Subfloor
Innovative tongue and groove design combined with wood-resin materials virtually eliminate swelling and provides superior resistance against moisture, improving floor performance and giving peace of mind with a manufacturer warranty.
2x6 Exterior Construction
Additional structural support ensures integrity of the home while increasing energy efficiency and providing protection from the elements.
STAGE 3: EXTERIOR
Ultra Low-E Glass ENERGY STAR™ Windows
Double Paned Windows contain invisible reflective coating and are filled with Argon gas to reduce transmission of outdoor temperatures to the inside, making your home comfortable and reducing utility bills.
Tyvek House Wrap

Fascia
